We're committed to meeting your Utah real estate licensing needs by offering current, accurate and informative courses in interesting, engaging and convenient formats. We keep our focus on you as we continue excelling in the field of real estate education in the state of Utah. We aren't distracted looking for other revenue sources in other states and other industries.
Our pre-licensing course is enough for most of our students to pass their licensing exam without any other assistance. However, the extra study is never a bad idea, so we offer optional study guides and test prep packets.

Utah Real Estate School, TSG consistently has a higher pass rate than the state average. We are dedicated to helping you pass your exams by having certified instructors available every day of the week. We also offer FREE LIVE TEST PREPARATION CLASSES on the first Saturday of each month. RSVP is required.
If just a few more hours of Continuing Education are needed, select individual classes of one, two, or three hours in length. The MANDATORY RESIDENTIAL CE course is provided here. This 12-hour CORE CE class may be taken by experienced or new agents. It is required for those licensees who are renewing their real estate license for the first time (two years after initial licensing.)
This course is for existing Utah real estate licensees with at least three years and sufficient experience to qualify for a Utah broker's license. The 120-hour Broker Course is now available entirely online. You'll take 120 hours of the course in "bite-size" manageable sections around your schedule, anytime of the day, night, weekends, or holidays in any time increments you have available.
