Don't even waste your time.. Especially if you've ever made a mistake in your life that might just happen to be on your background check. I went through the whole application process, provided even more personal information and references than normal. I passed everything, but having a minor Misdemeanor from 2010. Might I add the listing for the condo states "No Felonies". When I asked why I was being denied for a Misdemeanor, the response.. "I can tell you are frustrated that I won't rent to you. I hope you have luck finding something else to fit your needs. Thanks." Glad I didn't waste my time
