Eric is an honest realtor. Being a first time home buyer, we didn’t know what to expect. Eric explained everything to us. He never pressured us to buy a home. We qualified for a lot more than the house we ended up getting. Eric never once tried pushing us to buy a more expensive house. He only showed us houses that we wanted to see and what we set… as our price range. Eric still continues to talk to us whenever we have questions. He is a positive and friendly person who enjoys what he does, and makes buying/selling a home a positive experience for his clients.
