Vision Home Health and Hospice Care is proud to offer high quality and comprehensive care to patients throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding counties. We offer specialized care in two fields; Home Health and Hospice. Home health care offers a wide range of services that can be provided in your home for an illness or injury.
Home health care is more convenient and just as effective as the care you would receive in hospital or skilled nursing facility. The goal of home health care is to treat an illness or injury, help you get better, regain your independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible. Hospice care is a collaborative effort to provide quality, compassionate care for people facing life-limiting illness or injury.

Services
Vision Home Health Care, Inc. was established in 2002. In 2003, Vision Home Health Care, Inc. became a Home Health Care Provider and State Licensed Medicare and Medi-Cal Certified agency, organized to provide professional health care services throughout the Inland Empire, with its office located in Riverside, California.
Vision Home Health is here to provide you with professional and quality home health services. Home health care is provided to patients who are in need of intermittent skilled care and leaving the home requires considerable taxing effort. Home health clinicians provide the same level of skilled care and rehabilitation services the patient would otherwise receive in another health care setting such as a hospital or nursing home.
Volunteers are a vital part of the hospice team, filling roles that range from direct contact with patients to providing clerical support. Hospice volunteers have said their work is emotionally gratifying and meaningful. Volunteers are the heart of the organization, often connecting the gap between loved ones and professional caregivers.

Called with questions regarding possible new pt admission. Pt is my grandfather. Spoke to Rika receptionist whom was very welcoming and professional. I thought WOW Rika is awesome! Rika informed me someone would call back ASAP. I waited for an hour with no call back which is mind blowing considering I’m calling with a potential new patient. My agency calls our patients back with
I’m 15 mins regardless of the reason for the call. Maybe vision home care doesn’t need new patients?!
I called back a 2nd time, spoke to Rika who was again awesome. I was then transferred to Edith (Intake) such

I don’t like making reviews but, I just want to say WOW! I was blown away by the women Recca, who answers the phone. She always follows through with what she says, and she actually returns the calls. I’ve never been so comfortable knowing when my family calls for help I feel confident it’s what they’ll get now. Sometimes the nurses aren’t so great, but this does make up for it. Good work on the improvements vision. I’ll take her when your done to sell my homes hahaha.

Absolutely amazed!!!!!! The lead receptionist is literally the kindest soul I have ever dealt with in one of these places. She is so Welcoming and Informative. Normally when calling these places you get the usual I hate my job attitude but the people here are so plesant and edith was patient with all of my questions because I had so many. I’m very excited to say my loved one will be in great care. Thanks vision for making this transition a smooth one.

I just want to thank 🙏 everyone in Vision office staff Omisi, Justin, John, Jesse, Grace, and especially the field Nurses who wonderfully cared for my mom.
The only negative thing to say was that I wouldn’t receive a call back from Mary, the receptionist. I had to call back to see what’s going on and yes she did have an attitude sometimes. Other then that everyone else were wonderful.
Thanks 🙏 to the hard working nurses, David, Lori, Ruth, Jenni, and Maria. You all were wonderful thank you. David thanks 🙏 for going that extra mile to assist my sister Rosie and me. We were sometimes
