Surety Home Care is a service founded, owned and operated by my wife and I. We have a long history in this area, as our family has lived and worked in the Inland Empire for four generations. The reason we started Surety Home Care is simple: we love working with people and making a difference. We've experienced home care in the past and knew we could do it differently and better.
Surety Home Care offers a wide variety of home care services, from once a week visits to 24-hour care. Since every situation is unique, we work together with you to create the perfect program. Our goal is to keep your loved one active and engaged mentally and physically in a variety of activities, as well as just being a friend.
While we are there we can help you prepare your home for care by identifying potential hazard areas and make suggestions for making those areas safe for your loved one. There is no cost and no obligation. We simply want to meet you. No phone call, website or brochure can replace the value of meeting someone in person and a handshake.

My community needed companion assistance for a resident that was having a difficult transition from home to community. I called Patty and Jason both (to make sure the urgency was noted) and there was a caregiver there by 6a the next morning. The staff that we’ve worked with from Surety Home Care have been awesome. They show a level of caring that I expect from my staff. There is compassion, and patience in the care their caregivers offer. If you’re ever in need of staffing assistance or companion assistance you should give Surety a call.

We have been using this company since February for in home care and companionship for my 88 year old mom who has dementia. Every caregiver has been wonderful. The level of professionalism and care is 10/10. I recently left on a short trip and could tell when I returned she had been in excellent hands, happy and content. I highly recommend them and Jason and Patty are a pleasure to work with.

Surety has been taking care our our parents for almost 2 years and it has been wonderful. My dad just celebrated his 92nd birthday and the owners brought him a cake to celebrate his big day. Besides having a great caregiver for my parents they are always doing little things like the cake to to make them happy. Bless them! I never do online reviews but when they asked it was easy to say, "Yes." We highly recommend Surety!

My mom loves her helper! Patty is the owner and she visits my mom all the time to check on her and always calls me so I know how my mom is. Plus I can use the website to see the notes from every time the caregiver visits. I love that because I live 2 hours away and can't visit mom every day. I highly recommend Surety Home Care

I wanted to hire a caregiver to help my mother take care of my father (who has Alzheimers). We first met Patty from Surety Home Care back in 2019 but my mom was not ready to have help. Patty stayed in touch, was never pushy and always kind. In January of 2020, my father's condition worsened and my mom agreed to let us hire help. For the past 6 months, we have been very happy with Surety Home Care and the caregivers that come to my parents' house. Patty is easy to communicate with via phone/text/email. The caregivers write a daily report which I can view online to know how everything is going. Although

For many years, our mom has been utilizing at home care services. We have tried several well known organizations in the past with some satisfaction. However, not all of our needs were being fulfilled. After much research, we decided to go with Surety Home Care. We have been nothing but very impressed with their services and family-like philosophy of home care.
