Richard "Rick" Kreutzfeldt has practiced law in the Brainerd - Crow Wing County area since 1986. In 1991, he opened the Richard Kreutzfeldt, Attorney, PLLC. Much of his law practice involves helping clients in the processes of buying and selling businesses, including assets sales, stock transfers, and many of the routine and complex issues that are involved in the sale of a business.
A will is a good tool to provide for the distribution of your estate. In Minnesota, the law allows parents to identify their choice of a guardian for a minor in a Will. I worked with Rick about 10 years ago concerning family property and planning. About six years ago when my mother passed away , helped us with the next step in life. And just recently concerning the future and possible options. Rick has always been very knowledgeable, a good communicator, honest and fair. I think he's good at his job!!

I've known Rick for over forty years. My parents worked with Rick a number of years ago to do some estate planning and to create a revocable trust. He is very knowledgeable in both of these areas and did a very thorough job in helping guide my parents through a process that can be quite daunting.
