Jim Gammello is a Real Property Law Specialist and has broad experience in Corporate Law, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) and Business Law. Tom Pearson practices in a wide range of civil matters, including transactions and litigation in practice areas such as Business, Real Estate, and General Civil matters.
Tom Pearson practices in a wide range of civil matters. These include transactions and litigation in practice areas such as Business, Real Estate, and General Civil matters. Tom also has a longstanding practice in Municipal Law, as well as Estate Planning. Tom has practiced in the Brainerd/Baxter area since 1995 and formerly was in partnership with Erickson, Pearson & Aanes in Brainerd.
Ten Eyck, Judge of District Court, Ninth Judicial District. Prior to serving as Judge Ten Eyck's Law Clerk, Dan was also a Certified Student Attorney at the Tenth Judicial District Office of the Public Defender located in Stillwater, Minnesota for a year. There, he represented clients on in-custody arraignment and misdemeanor/gross-misdemeanor pretrial calendars.
Afterwards, Conrad joined Halverson Law Office as an associate attorney working as a criminal defense attorney. In 2013, Conrad left Halverson Law Office and started Conrad Kragness Law Office, LLC., where he was a part-time Public Defender in Crow Wing, Cass, and Aitkin Counties. He operated his law office until he joined the firm in 2017.
Sam Dally is familiar with the Brainerd Lakes area and is a graduate of Aitkin High School. In August of 2017, after graduating from law school and taking the bar exam, Sam was able to return to the area when he began working as a judicial law clerk in Crow Wing County. I hired Sam Dally to handle a custody case. I asked him to arrange a meeting between the mother and I to negotiate a agreement. He suggested that he tell her to hire a attorney, I had to tell him not to give her free legal advice, he is my lawyer not hers. He called her and told her over the phone confidential information, breaking attorney/client privilege on his first interaction with her, she refused to set up the meeting.
