Don't be stupid like I was. There's a reason this place has 1.5 stars. They're terrible. I called this morning to arrange for pickup at LGA this afternoon. They said no problem. Took my credit card as payment then asked if I wanted a receipt to be emailed. I told them I needed at least a confirmation number emailed to me. Never arrived.

So when I got off the plane I followed their instructions to call for directions as to where to meet the car. Most car services put you in touch with your driver for direct, easy texting. Not this one. You call the main reservation number

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a Black Car 3 days in advance for a 3:40pm pickup time from JFK. Driver arrived at 4:22pm in a silver Hyundai Sonata, not the car I ordered. He did not get out of the car to help with luggage. The driver then stopped along the way to use the restroom at a gas station. I called the company to let them know about my experience and their response was rude and not helpful in any way. There are plenty of transportation services in NYC, avoid this nightmare and pick another.

My credit card charged after cancelling the reservations 1 day before the trips. NY Premier Limousine claims free cancellation up to 3 hours before the trips.

Their reservation website listed the reservations as cancelled. I took screenshots. But when I checked my credit card statements I noticed I had been charged for the trips and now the website shows the trips as completed!!

This is by far the worst 'limo' service I've ever had. The driver was 1 1/2 hours late. He was lost and wouldn't answer our calls. Didn't speak English so directions to him were impossible. His GPS was broken as well as his town car. The car itself had torn upholstery, broken arm rests and very little air conditioning. We have pictures to back that statement up.

Omar, our driver, drove erratically and fast. Several times we saw that he was going 100mph. He should not be driving and his car is not safe. Going into New York, he rear ended the car in front of us and the

The worst service ever. the guy who takes the calls is rude and has no clue what customer service is. They fail to inform you all the details and additional costs. Not a even a sorry was communicated. I can only say I feel sorry for all the drivers who work for this crappy company who manipulates and tries to get every penny from the customer.

DO NOT BOOK A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If you are already going to pay a premium price for a car service, you might as well go elsewhere where the service is decent.

Total Junk...left us stranded at JFK without even a phone call. I called them and they told me the driver was stuck in traffic. When I told the young lady answering the phones that maybe somebody should have called me...her response "yeah, sorry about that". Never will use them again!

No call - no show. I made an online reservation - received confirmation. Waiting for pick up - called. Was told driver was sick and they had no other options. I was not called. Not impressed. Wish I had read the reviews. Took a cab instead. Saved $$$.

JUST HORRIBLE!!! After waiting 25 mins for someone to even answer the phone after my flight. They inform me they entered the incorrect arrival time even though they were provided with my flight information, then stated it would be about 30min-1hr for a driver. When I asked for a supvisor I was informed it doesn't even matter we don't have a driver I didn't do it the lady from yesterday entered it incorrectly so there's nothing we can do. Then lastly said you can cancel or wait, I said cancel it and hung up. Thank GOD for Uber, by the time I enetred my destination I had a driver

Seems like reviews are bad. I did on online reservation with airport pickup and driver to meet and greet. Email confirmation fine. Our plane was 20 mins early and we were 40 mins before I scheduled pick up and the driver was there. Late model Suburban that was clean. Scores a bit lower because they charged me 20 dollars more than the email confirmation stated. Scores high because punctual and a good driver.

The reservation was painless, but they didn't send me an e-mail confirmation. The drive to the airport was on time and uneventful, but when it came time for them to pick me up at the end of my trip, the driver was not there and I had to call the main line to have them call the driver (which cost me an extra 20 minutes of waiting).

The real bone of contention was the bill - not only did they charge me an extra phantom 5% fee for "credit card usage" which wasn't on the itemized receipt, the actual rate they charged was 50% higher than the quoted "flat rate". I&apos

Terrible service and old and dated cars. Pick up from the airport was nearly 40 minutes late. While this was inconvenient because we had someone waiting for us at our accommodation, there was not an urgency around this. The driver was lovely but the car was old.
Pick up to go to the airport was a disaster. 45 minutes late to pick us up and again and old car that was very dated. Much nicer options with Uber. I phoned 3 times during the 45 minutes and given a different story each time. The last call the manager said I should cancel. Given that we had 6 people with 6 big pieces of luggage this was

This was the worse limousine service I have ever hired in my life!!!!!!!. The vehicle that picked up my wife, children and I was not a luxury but an older Suburban that was not running correctly and the engine light was on. It drove like a military vehicle with very bumpy ride and shook considerably. I would be ashamed to advertise on my website the vehicles pictured and get something drastically different. Isn't that false advertisement!! I called their office to make a BIG complaint and you know the story denial , didn't know who picked us up Bull Crap talk.

Was a bit hesitant after previous negative reviews but Rebecca and Rita were prompt and thorough with my enquiries, and their quote included all costs i.e. taxes, gratuity and tolls. All other companies gave vague quotes. Our fare from JFK to condo in West Village for 4 adults + 6 bags cost $120.63, and when the driver did not take the tunnel, he took off the cost of the toll. He texted my phone when I arrived and picked us up outside in the pickup area. he was excellent. So we booked the return trip which cost $106.76 in total. Would've been happier with any other service...

The site consistently failing to make my reservation until I had to call the place was the least of my worries.

I reserved a car to pick up family from LGA and bring them to NJ. There happened to be a snowstorm going on that day so I called confirming early in the afternoon that the car would still arrive. I received a call an hour and a half prior to pickup (leaving me no other options) that the company would be charging an additional $80. Completely unprofessional and taking advantage of their customers who are backed into a corner when called

Worst car service I've ever had. Picked us up at LGA to go to an apartment in Manhattan. First, didn't have room for luggage and didn't realize there were 4 of us, even though the reservation was clear.Then took us to the wrong address. Didn't know where to go, so we had to help, using our own iPhone.
Return trip to airport - yep, went to wrong address again. Was 40 minutes late picking us up, and we almost missed our flight.

I agree with the notes here. The service was horrible. I land at jfk with my family after a trip to Florida at 3:25. I call for the car as I have all my bags. They tell me a black suburban is coming and will have my name on a card. Great, well after 4 calls to the dispatcher my car shows up in this beat up 10 yr old suburban. they charge me $146 dollars to go to LI. I ask the driver there heck he was and he says the call came in at 3:45 to him. Whata joke. website is so miseading.

Ordered "limo service" got an older s uv. Why not just grab a.cab?? Deceiving on website. False advertising. To there credit, they were early. Driver was amiable.
