I would recommend working with the Owner/Broker, Cheryl Acuff, if your really serious about buying real estate in Butler and surrounding counties. She is straight up good, performing due diligence as a listing or buyer broker, and tells it like it is with no shenanigans.

Very unprofessional , Debbie was absolutely rude . Would not recommend whatsoever. I was not allowed to be in the house that was selling because I was explaining to people how bad the house floods and roof leaks. Debbie is as crooked as they come. Definitely get the place inspected before trusting her with anything,she will do her best to hide problems with the house long as she gets her commission. Worst realtor in the area.
