The year is 2020 and although we as a nation have progressed tremendously in all areas of technology, we are showing regression in justice for all. I've been going through some pretty tough time requiring certain needs from my Dr. Well instead of the Dr or practice in general dealing with me they'd rather tell me about how filled with COVID bs they are than help me with my depression. Appts don't get made properly cuz the ppl handling the phones can't understand what u need or think they know better. I still don't understand how I'm started on a medicine that made me fill worse and here it is 2 months later and I'm passed to the 3rd doctor or PA cuz no one seems to understand medications they r prescribing me. Save yourself the the issues

My wife and I moved to Conway 2 years ago. I picked HealthCare Partners for no other reason then they are the closest facility that takes TriCare. I have yet to develop a relationship with a doctor or PA because they leave soon after they arrive! I’ve had 4 PAs in 2 years! This is unexceptable! Why? Relationships between doctor and patient are extremely important for trust and long term good health! If this continues, I will make the move to another facility! I have been told by workers that management is less then ideal; the turnovers are due to lack of good leadership and management ability

Highly unprofessional took them 2 weeks to read me my blood work results. Nurses do not communicate with each other nor to their patients. Had a nurse argue with me telling me what I've been told regarding to my care when I haven't spoke to nobody. Highly insensitive to you or your situation. Also after they get cursed out for not doing their job and not communicating properly and falsely documenting that they have contacted you and spoke with you they will disengage with you for "inappropriate behavior". Retrain your staff or hire better nurses who actually does their job🤧💯

Called talked a nurse Tuesday she said come do a walk in Wednesday to be fit into the schedule. Go in 8am and they weren’t busy and 1 hour later they came and told me to come back Thursday. Thursday comes 8:30am appointment made! Walked in about 15 minutes later paid my co pay! 15 minutes go by... well we can’t see you again today they doctor isn’t here. So I asked if anyone else could see me and she check and apparently they said they didn’t have anyone else to see me. So busy but only one other person in the waiting room. This place is a joke!

This clinic is definitely a good experience... Unless of course you are drug seeking! I am very pleased with the staff. They are friendly and professional, even when being verbally attacked by rude impatient customers. The physicians and PA"s actually take the time to explain diagnosis and treatment options - even alternative medicine options. They took the time to listen and asked questions until they understood my issues. They made me feel valued, cared for and safe.

I love Ms. Linda Hudson and Ms. Marta. They genuinely care and both celebrate my success of becoming healthier. The nursing staff as well. They speak different languages which is fantastic as they are able to help more people. The pharmacy staff are great as well. The price of medicine is great. Thank you all for everything you have done for me.

My sons have been going here since we've moved here back in December of 2017. I feel the doctor is sometimes overbooked. She has to rush to see other patients which cuts into my children's time to be seen. We arrive early and it takes a while to be seen, purposely arrive 5 minutes late and it still takes forever to be seen. The doctor has also forgotten several times to fill my child's prescription, I called to have them remind her and guess what...no prescription and he needed to have used it for 10 days for his follow up for today. Guess my children won't be going back after I find somewhere
