I recently had the opportunity to visit CareTeam Plus and wanted to share my experience…the staff at CareTeam Plus are very friendly and caring, the atmosphere is inviting, clean and friendly, the reception staff are very friendly and the office takes all necessary precautions to protect you from Covid. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Felt compelled to write a review after seeing former employees air their grievances in such an irresponsible, public fashion. While there is no PERFECT employer on this planet, CARETEAM Plus goes beyond the typical medical care facility to provide care for the public. Not only do they accept most healthcare plans, they even offer a sliding fee scale for those that do not have medical insurance. How many care facilities in this area offer that? Not many, as I have checked because I am one of those uninsured. Careteam is also involved in the community, often holding workshops and events to help those

Manager at this place is HORRIBLE apparently because I showed up at my old job to speak to my ex coworkers it was a problem which I didn't know about never knew talking to people was such a big deal isn't that part of customer service? The management team really needs to b revamped I definitely would not want to work for a person that does not want me to talk or speak to a person just because they no longer work at that place. I wouldn't recommend this job or clinic to my worst enemy. Trust and believe it's definitely not worth the headache. This place can't keep anyone faces consistently changing

My experiences here have been 100% positive. This is the first medical clinic I have been to where I feel genuinely cared for. I seldom have to wait. The best part is they actually take the time to listen to me and accept my opinion as a valued part of the team. This is cooperative medicine, way beyond the usual take-it-or-leave-it approach.
