When I came to Pure Physical Therapy I was experiencing great discomfort in my upper back, neck, and right shoulder. My range of motion and posture was hindered due to pain. I started to notice a great improvement in my range of motion. I made it my personal goal to not use pain meds and use all the therapeutic exercises daily!
Before coming to Pure Physical Therapy I was unable to ride my bike for long periods of time without my foot falling sleep and having to stop during my ride to stretch out my back. After treatment with the amazing staff at Pure Physical Therapy I was able to complete a 250 mile bike ride to San Antonio with little to no pain.

On Sunday, 12/5/2021, I ran my first 1/2 marathon in San Antonio, Texas. Shortly after the run, and well into Monday, I was experiencing extreme soreness and stiffness to both of my legs.
On Monday, 12/6/2021, at approximately 1:30 pm, I consulted with Dr. Frank Garza at Pure Physical Therapy, McAllen, Texas, and informed him of what I was experiencing. Dr. Garza advised me that he provided a Sports Pump Therapy, which expedited the recovery process after a strenuous event. Dr. Garza fully explained the Sports Pump Therapy in detail, leaving me with 0 questions, or concerns.
Shortly thereafter

Can't speak for the pricing, as I was referred here through the VA. The staff however, all seem to be amicable and professional, at no point has it felt different. They listen to your needs and concerns without making you feel silly or insecure. The PT staff have all been helpful, there's a variety knowledge and experience, with staff leaning on each other to help each other whenever I ask something someone may not be too familiar with.

I have been coming to Pure Physical Therapy for over a year for Lower Back issues and Shoulder/Bicep issues. I have to say that the staff is incredible and easy to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments. From the front office with Emily, Jennifer, Stacy, Jaira, Analysse and Troy helping me with appointments and pretty much making sure I made my appointments on time. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking physical therapy! John and Desi were both awesome and helped me personally on each visit. Everyone here was extremely personable, and thanks to their individual approach to my own needs I was able to recover very quickly. They even walked me through stretches I should continue doing to prevent another injury. Overall Pure Physical Therapy is top tier, and has an amazing facility with a great staff to match!

Pure Physical Therapy is hands down the best physical therapy place I’ve been to. They genuinely care about getting back to your full potential. A big thanks to Laura, Joseph, Desi and Analysse for keeping me on my toes and making things fun but challenging at the same time. I trust them 110% and I’m definitely coming back for round 2 after ankle surgery!
