Hip and knee replacement surgeries are some of the most common operations performed in the U.S., with about 1 million completed each year. And each one of these patients shares one thing in common: a desire to get back to the level of work, play, and function he or she enjoyed before first experiencing joint pain.
About 8 in 10 of us will experience back or neck pain at some point in our lives, and for some, it can be severe, debilitating, and recurring. It's our body's core, after all. So when the muscles and nerves near the spine are pinched, pulled, or twisted, the pain and discomfort can make it difficult to get up - let alone work and do the things we love.
Whether you're a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, soreness, pain, and injury can quickly derail your efforts to reach your fullest potential. So when sports injuries happen, your goal is to heal quickly, safely, and get back to the top of your game with an eye toward preventing future injuries.

Very disapointed. The assesment was his opinion of what my problem is, instead of the reason I was there. He said he told his patients the same lecture every day for 20 years because everyone has the same problem. I was there because I just had spinal sugery and need mild therapy and still have some restrictions. This was not taken into account even after I told them. The staff that does the therapy this time, was unprofessional, acted bored, just tapping their fingers on the bed, without saying single word to me or introducing themselves. Another staff was making comments about why I was groaning

I received therapy at the Mission facility. Everyone at that facility is so friendly and attentive. Every exercise was explained with regard to its purpose and how it would facilitate my recovery. With two rounds of therapy, I was able to avoid surgery; I continue with my exercises 2X a week at home.
