Services
The first step is to determine if the dizziness is caused by a balance problem or an ear problem. Our certified vestibular therapists can help you recover from inner ear discrepancies due to injury or illness before it causes a loss of equilibrium, resulting in dizziness, vertigo, loss of balance and other unpleasant symptoms.
The role of the Occupational Therapy staff at Hope Therapy Center is to work with individuals of all ages to aid in improving skills required to perform daily tasks at home, work, or in leisure activities. The focus is on function! There are countless reasons why you may require physical therapy.

These reasons range from post-operative rehabilitation, stroke or brain injury, acute or chronic pain, back pain, and work-related injury recovery (to name a few).Whatever your needs may be, our approach and philosophy are simple: personal physical therapy with exceptional outcomes. We provide skilled treatment to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions that affect their speech, language, swallowing or cognition.
When we are injured or experiencing pain from disease or dysfunction, the very weight of our own bodies may be too much to bear. We may end up limping, or compensating and having pain in other parts of our body or we end up using a device to help us walk or use a wheel chair to get around. So why is therapy so beneficial in the water?
Pediatric Occupational therapy is a profession concerned with helping children of all ages to better perform daily tasks. For children, tasks may include eating, dressing, grooming, writing, playing, or learning. An OT evaluates then designs challenges that build on your child's unique strengths to facilitate progression through developmental skills.
I have always loved working with mothers and babies. I started my career in breastfeeding 16 years ago as a La Leche League Leader and Childbirth & Breastfeeding Educator at a local hospital, then became an IBCLC in 2018. My passion is to help with your transition into motherhood and provide you with the help, information, and resources to make breastfeeding successful.

Hope Therapy Center has completely changed my life. I started with HTC about 6 weeks ago with unexplained, excruciating joint pain and limited mobility. Through biweekly prescriptive workouts /exercises in their aquatic & training facilities, I have experienced drastic improvement.
The facility is state of the art and the therapists are body healing geniuses(Rachel Gibbs is my fave). Each therapist has their own area of specialty and the level of professionalism and collaboration is top notch.
I would recommend this place to everyone. You will not just get a temporary fix, you will receive a

Our son (2 1/2 yrs old) has been coming here twice a week since November 2020. God bless the workers here. I would expect most people feel the same, when I say its not easy bringing your kid somewhere and leaving them with someone, other than a trusted family member or day care, etc. At Hope Therapy Center, never do I doubt that my son is in a safe environment, where he'll get the care and learning tools he needs.
We're seeing our son make strides. After each visit, his therapist, Ethan is very informative on what they work on, and what we, the parents, can do at home to further his progress.

Thanks to Hope Therapy and their Aquatic Physical Therapy Team, I am prepared! This has been a painful journey since Memorial weekend but Hope Therapy Aquatics have been amazing! Did I say amazing; heated pool (body temperature heated pool) with treadmill, safety bars, step bench, etc. I feel much stronger and very positive going into my double knee replacement surgery. I recommend Hope Therapy for all your PT needs, especially preparing for a orthopedic surgery like a knee replacement.

I have gone to Hope therapy for a couple of months and have made very good progress. Jim was my therapist but others were quick to help me with exercises when needed. They play great music to get you moving and are just as quick to recognize if you need water or a break. They sent text reminders so I never missed an appt. When the new year rolled around, I had a billing question which Ms Cindy was able to resolve for me. I wouldn’t trust my therapy to anywhere else.

I’ve spent a lot of time at Hope with my daughter over the last year - about 3 hours a week. Her therapists are fantastic and so good with her. She’s made so much progress since she started and I firmly believe that it was mostly due to therapy, and her therapists at Hope. I know that learning your baby needs therapy can be so heart wrenching, but everyone I’ve ever encountered at Hope is positive and encouraging, not just for the patient but for the family. I can’t thank these ladies enough.

Hope therapy center has helped us twice with our son. We are very pleased with the results. The staff is amazing. Communication with the therapists was very impressive. We were given info about anything we questioned. Very good with referrals when we had to go to Houston doctors. I highly recommend you give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

I was a working mother of an 18 month old and 3 year old when my life was completely turned upside. I was diagnosed with an extremely rare neurological disease that led to a diagnosis of breast cancer. My disease is 1 in a million. It caused damage to the spinal cord which took away my ability to walk independently and caused nerve damage. When I found Hope Therapy Center I knew instantly I was in the right place. At my evaluation, I cried telling my story and the compassion of my therapist was the selling point! She pushes me and I am doing things I haven’t been able to do in nearly two years

On April 1st of 2018, I was involved in a bad motorcycle crash and broke numerous bones and also suffered a traumatic brain injury. I was hospitalized for almost 4 months and was bedridden for practically all of that. I completely shattered my pelvis and lost 80 pounds worth of muscle from being bedridden for so long. I did in-patient therapies at a hospital in Houston and in preparation for my release, my father researched several therapy clinics around the lake area and discovered Hope Therapy Center. We discovered a childhood friend of mine was a speech therapist at Hope Therapy Center, a familiar

Hope Therapy Center is an awesome team to work with. Therapist and staff are friendly. They work with compassionate and passion. Doctors can’t tell me what happened to my speech, but I could not have a conversation using multi syllable words. Therapist has been very resourceful with my therapy. Teaching me the big and little things that will help me thru the day at work and with friends.
Thank You Hope Therapy Center
