Maintenance is on an emergency basis only. The maintenance man doesn't understand or speak or read English well enough to have a productive conversation with about various maintenance needs. Building is LEEDS certified but the solar system for hot water hasn't worked in ages. The cleaning crew also has little to no command of English (all friends of the regional office manager). They mop the dirt into the tile floors. When the old regional property manager retired, professional floor maintenance in the common areas stopped. Now those beautifully waxed and sealed floors are filthy and cracked, and

Overall it is an okay place to live. I do wish that we had more privacy in the back area of our apt and the there were 2 bathrooms. Everyone keeps to themselves and I love this!

Don't know how to talk to people! How sad! Have respect of persons!
Not too long ago, a while back, on the telephone, one of the secretary had an attitude with me and my new site manager's boss(the first time I met her) I had a question for her, she had an attitude with me because she was on vacation that I should not bother her, like I knew she was on vacation! I won't bother her no more! These people had an attitude with me. I had to wait for someone in the fair housing department to response about an issue, but the person did response professionally. So I know what I experience! I like NorthPoint

Let me start off by saying “I love my apartment”
My concerned are #1. We at Arbors Park Apt. have requested community meeting. Because every year during inspection time, we are continuous told too many different things. Before planting time this year, as early as April, I request a written list of things we can have and not have. The office manager came to me and apologized because she told me she understood what I wanted but when she call home office her boss told her NO. That what I needed was in lease. No it doesn’t say how many plants, if we can have little lights or how many. Things

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible place to live. I give one start because the apartments are nice. Can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the main office. Terrible customer service. My property manager is awful and has special regulations that only apply to her. Maintenance man is a job enters apartments at his own free will with no notice. Awful place to call home. Wish I could get out sooner.

Large amount of negative reviews. Tried to navigate their site and was met with lag and a very unprofessional template for a large property management company.
Website is difficult to navigate, slow to load, has a limited amount of information, and cannot support a large load of IP connections all at once.

I never have to worry about maintenance, customer service or my surrounding area. Thank you Partnership for my beautiful home...

HORRIBLE place to live if you do not fit there narrative. Sign says equal opportunity housing. Furthest from the truth! The whole company has a 1999 way of thinking. Completed a 504(reasonable accomadation) due to mental health medical issues to be moved to an AVAILABLE 2 bedroom unit. 504 denied request.. Went to the other side of town to a more inclusive housing company, approved the 504 in 3 days and put me in a 2 bedroom under medical WITH THE SAME DOC I USED FOR PARTNERSHIP. They dont follow HUD rules and do what they want how they want. I have lived in government housing almost 10 years and

Very unprofessional! Will give you violations without a proper inspection. I had to remind them to check my windows which is something actually REQUIRED because she never stepped foot out of my kitchen. Laundry room is never open & was told everyone’s key works but mine. Spoke with other residents just to find out none of theirs work either and are regularly met with an attitude speaking to the manager. When i asked for documentation for my records to insure I’m covering my rear while providing my own picture evidence for violations , was met with hostile and belittling environment and was
