I brought a box in to be shipped and needed some paper/bubble wrap to secure it. Michelle brings me some paper, but not quite enough. I ask for a little more and she replies "they're just books, they'll be fine". It's not very reassuring to know my package isn't in good hands. My entire experience with her was rushed because I interrupted a personal call of hers by walking in. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere next time.

I can't recommend TW enough - they do a wonderful job, from print quality to great communication and customer service. I've used them for work and personal several times and was never disappointed.
