After being told every limo was booked for the night I needed, Ray from Transwest answered and said yes, they had 1 left. He took my deposit and told me he'd send a contract the next day. I was excited and neglected to read the reviews until the following day. After reading the reviews, I was a little concerned because a lot of them said that there was no communication after the initial deposit over phone, even after many attempts. I waited for two days I heard nothing, I called left messages and emails heard nothing. Ray answered on the 4th day and he assured me that everything was fine

1 star only because 0 is not an option. We rented a party bus for a fun night and we got the complete opposite. Half the speakers were blown out. The auxiliary cord was junk and would keep cutting out. We asked for help and took driver 30min just to acknowledge the problem. Then tried to say we messed with the controls. We had no music for 3hrs until we decided to head home to pick up a speaker. We were told we would get extra time for the inconvenience but were kicked off at the normal deadline. Would not recommend this to anyone. I would have had a better time in a Uber. Want our money back

Sadly, the lowest we can give is 1 star. This whole experience was so disappointing. We will NEVER use this company, EVER! First off, the driver arrived at the wrong time and was rushing us to hurry up or he would leave. How is it our fault he didn't check the scheduled time in the first place? About 20 minutes into the drive the speakers were cutting in and out but still somewhat working. After an hour, the speakers died completely. We tried letting the driver know but he did not take a look at it until 30 minutes later. He seemed irate and assumed we were moving the controls, which we weren

10 STARS!! Ray was extremely pleasant to work with. We tried to do a deposit over the phone by the card didn't go through for some reason so I went and dropped the cash deposit off in person and got a copy of my contract that day. No hassle at all. He was VERY easy to connect with and every time I called or texted him he answered. The pricing was AMAZING and VERY AFFORDABLE. The 36 passenger bus was very clean and so roomy for 30 people, I felt like I could have fit at least 8 more bodies. Our driver Frank was so nice and had such great customer service!! We were going from Walnut to Newport

Hired this company to transport my wife from her hotel to our church on our wedding day. I must say I am hugely disappointed by the terrible customer service I received. I called the company 1 week before our wedding and owner, Ray, stated he had a vehicle available and could do the trip. All he asked for was a deposit over the phone. I agreed and he stated he would email me a contract "later in the day". 5 days went by and I received nothing. I began calling the company and no answer. I left various messages implying the importance of confirming transportation for my wife on OUR WEDDING

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We reserved a limo for our daughters prom group on 5/1. I gave my credit card number for the deposit and was told that I would receive the contract by the next day. When I still had not received the contract by 5/3, I began calling and emailing multiple attempts with no response. On Friday, 5/4 (the day before prom), I finally emailed that I was canceling the reservation because I still had not received the contract or a call back. DO NOT RISK YOUR EVENT BEING RUINED BY AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY! If you look back at the past reviews, you will see this is not the first time

Had a great experience with this company for the value! Booked a 10 passenger limo for my daughter's prom and I shopped around a lot to find the best price for the group of high school students. Transwest quoted the best price and they had no added fees, even for an additional stop at dinner. The driver was on time and all the parents felt safe knowing that our kids were safe!

This business is a scam!!!! Do not use their business!! I reserved a Hummer stretch limo for tonight at 10pm and they never showed up! I booked this ride a week in advance and they took my deposit out of my account. I called them several times after and left messages and I never got a response. Please don't waist your time. I can't stand petty businesses who BS their clientele.

I rented a hummer limousine for my wedding. Couldn't have asked for a nicer set of gentlemen (the owner and the driver). My only advice would be to have a set schedule printed out for the driver because the driver has no clue where you want him to drive if you have multiple destinations , even if you tell the owner. The owner leaves it up to you to direct the driver.
