I really love this place. However tonight my fiance found a half melted plastic bag inside his chicken fajita half way through his meal. We tried to call to address this and they don't answer there phone. Now it is too close to closing to even get a resolution. I won't be back!

Delicious food and first class service. We come here about once a month and we have never been disappointed. We got the seafood enchiladas and the steak chimichanga this time. Their drinks are also super good and portions are generous.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We had Viva cater our daughter’s engagement party yesterday and the food was delicious, the portions perfect and we got a lot of compliments on the quality and taste. They had it bagged and ready to go at the agreed time. Thank you Adrian for helping us make our event memorable!

Good was good, a little over priced for the portions. It gets 3 stars due to having to fight off the bar gnats for my food. Some even ended up in my beer by the time we were done eating. Waitress was exceptional and couldn’t ask for better service. If you go, I do suggest sitting outside on a slightly windy day to avoid the gnats. Otherwise, good place.

It is decent Mexican food. It isn't authentic of course but better than some. Wait staff is ok at times then other times it stinks. It's clean and the food is always fresh and cooked to order. I have never been served cold or old food. I enjoy the patio.
