If you're looking for a place to take your money for nothing, then CPC is the place for you. I was working with a therapist and less than a year into treatment, she says she got promoted and gave me a choice of staying with her or getting a new therapist. I opted to stay with her until our next session where she told me she isn't going to be a therapist anymore. So why tell me I could stay with her? Lying doesn't help anyone. I got a new therapist, and she lasted maybe 4 months until she decided to move on. I called over a week ago to request a new therapist as my last one didn&apos

I have received services from two of CPC's programs. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have received much counseling over the years in different types of settings and my last year or so with CPC has been some of the best. My therapist has always had great ideas for helping me reach my goals and has suggested additional services from other departments that have been excellent, as well. CPC is an excellent organization with many talented and competent individuals. I strongly recommend them for any type of behavioral health issues

I’m currently a patient in CPC . The whole staff has tremendously helped me . They are professional in all aspects of treatment. I have been a patient for a year . I would like to comment on my therapist Terri Dunn she has been there for me through a tough time. She always makes time for me and has made a difference in my life . I highly recommend CPC to anyone struggling with mental health issues

I am currently in a monitoring program and per protocol had to schedule an intake to assess the need for treatment. I was dreading the appointment, to be transparent, as I anticipated an unpleasant interview since I had no frame of reference. Seton did my intake and was nothing but professional, sincere and so encouraging. I was so grateful for her making an anticipated unpleasant experience a pleasant one.

I only go there for pain management because they take all insurance. Their counselors, whether they specialize in addiction issues or not, are terrible. I've had experiences with three of them, and all they are able to do is ask you questions off a pre-written intake questionnaire. A severe waste of time! Plus it takes 3 months or more to get your initial appointment and then it's a disaster. If you keep your appointments for medication, you can get by with the doctors every few months. The pharmacy on site, Genoa is excellent. But on days like today, the Friday before Presidents&apos

Office staff was kind of rude. I missed an appointment, apparently someone in the office rescheduled me and changed my doctor without my knowledge. They would not refill medication because I had 2 missed appointments. Which would make sense if I had actually missed a second appointment. Shawna was a bit rude and couldn't answer who had actually scheduled the appointment. If you can use your insurance elsewhere I would suggest avoiding this office.

BEWARE: Dr. Lee is hands down, without question the worst, most cold, unfeeling robot of a Doctor -with a bedside manner only to be rivaled by, like, an angry IT dude begrudgingly fixing your work computer.
She is intentionally unresponsive if you have questions or needs outside of your appointment time. Her assistant/case managers are equally icy, slow to respond and the whole operation is just a horrible time and 100% the last office on earth where people not feeling their personal best should be. Dr. Lee does not care about your wellness and it will take 2 minutes of one appointment for you

RUDE. I just made an appointment after being a patient for 12 years. And i have to wait 3 months. Then They call while I'm on the other line and leave no message. i call back twice and speak to 2 different people all extremely rude "how should i know who called and why" well why dont you try and find out for me?? Then one said maybe they want you to come at 1230 i said oh so is that why they called "how should i know?! What time is your appt?" I said 1 pm "well then i guess so." So is my appt at 1230 or 1?? "I dont know you need to find out who is calling
