Anne Cocran is the worst recruter ever. I haven't heard from her in three months, and she ignores all my emails. She tried to lowball me on my pay while I kept seeing jobs listed on Indeed from them for higher pay. This is the worst agency to work for.

This recruiting agency tried poaching our employees on their work emails, yes emails as in they were emailing multiple staff members all with the same template email. As a manager I asked them to not blast email our staff, in a very rude tone one of their employees responded to an email not realizing she was responding directly to me saying "tell her that's what recruiting is". I found it to be very disrespectful and a shady way of conducting a business. Needless to say I will never come here for my recruiting needs and would warn others to do the same, they will eventually come

Jobless Should 'Be Really Careful' With Staffing Agencies like "The Forum Group"

I, unfortunately, had a really horrible experience this summer with a recruiter and her supervisor by the name of Michelle Palkin and Indira Reyes. I launched a formal complaint and requested an investigation into misconduct and possibly unlawful race discrimination/ discriminatory treatment that I was subjected to by Michelle Palkin and Indira Reyes this past summer. I was sent several emails and called about a job interview that provided the wrong address and the wrong time by Michelle Palkin

LOLOL! So, I let the "president" Frank Fusaro know about Shawn Ball and Diane Amato a while ago and he was all BS apologetic, etc. Just now I found a position that I am more than suited for and I reached out to him - HE BLOCKED ME!!! Did you ever? This is truly the worst, most unprofessional place in the industry!!! WHY ARE THEY STILL OPEN?????? And for those posting these wonderful reviews - how much are they paying you to post the positive reviews? Heck, I can lie and post wonderful reviews, too, if I get paid for it! Close your doors, Forum, you're the worst in the industry

Very bad experience. False assurances with no follow-up. Met with EVP who was evasive, even misleading. Trying to work with this agency was uncomfortable at best.

The original person I spoke to was fine so I'll give them that but after overextending myself to come in for an interview the upper-level staff member I spoke to was very dismissive after only hearing what she wanted to hear from a conversation. She asked a question that was not black and white and upon my reply, she shut all communication down. Might as well have slammed a door on me. She took my reply completely out of context and very dismissive. I feel they must clearly not value the time and effort you put in to even consider using them to behave in such a way. I will happily use

BY FAR best experience I've ever had! Looking for the perfect job in NYC is probably the hardest thing, in every position, there are hundreds of awesome candidates and the competition is very aggressive. I was so lucky to have found Ray and Nella from the Forum Group. They are super professional, they had empowered me, guide and prepared me for the interview in a way that no career coach could ever do. my hiring process was so fast and they kept in the loop three times a day. Regardless of the amazing relationship, they have with my future employer who gave them so much trust in finding for

I applied for a forklift operator position posted on Indeed.com and within 15 minutes Shawn Ball emailed me about the position. The location, hours and pay was what I was looking for. They even fine tuned my resume then sent it to the employer and within a day I was offered the job. I live in Lakeland FL and they are based out of New York but I have to say they are one of the best staffing agencies I've ever dealt with. Even getting all the paperwork processed was very easy and straight forward. I highly recommend The Forum Group for anyone who is looking for a temp to hire position.

Met today with Shawn Ball at Forum who spent a considerable amount of time with me, particularly in view of the fact that I've been out of work for some months. He is very easy to talk to and his advice was very sound and I am looking forward to hearing from him with some good news for me.

My God, doesn't Yelp even check on the credibility of the "reviewers" here. For example. . . take the most recent FIVE "reviews" of the fetid garbage dump known as The Forum Group. All five-stars, all written in the same gee-whiz elementary school style, and talking up some corporate pimp by the name of Sean Ball.

Sean Bull is more like it. For you see, the Forum Group is not a place seeking to place honest, hard working applicants. No, sir. They are just there to collect your data and then sell it to marketeers, ad agencies, branding scumbags, and probably CIA. And they

The Forum Group's payroll staff is completely inept and inappropriate. After depositing almost $1000 into my account 4 months after becoming full-time with a firm they connected me with, they then withdrew that same amount from my account two weeks later. I assumed in error that they had deposited an old check that was never processed. However, they never deemed it important to notify me that they had either deposited or needed to withdraw this amount from my account. When I called to ask about what had happened, I received a very disconcerting and rude phone call from the manager of the payroll

I saw an advertisement from Indeed for a paralegal position. I applied online and received an email from Shawn Bell. He said he had many jobs for me and that I needed to come in for an interview. I came the first week of April 2018, I met with him for a few minutes and the rest of his teach. No, jobs and I was told he would call me in a couple of days. Never happened!! Saw this: Docket Clerk / Docket Manager - Docket & Court Services Managing Supervisor. Applied on May 7th, 2018, I asked about the job and salary. Shawn replies email resume, I tell him, I sent it and I met with him in

I applied for a temp to perm admin assistant position on indeed.com a few weeks ago. Then I got a quick email response from a recruiting manager name Shawn Ball. He said that my resume was exactly what he was looking for and that he has several roles that he feels that I could be a good fit for. And he wanted to meet with me. I responded to his email asking if the temp to perm admin assistant position was still open, he did not respond. So I called him and I told him that I got his email and I was about to ask him the same question but he quickly brushed me off saying he has to take a call and

So, far so good. The woman I am currently speaking too is very helpful. The name of the company is The Forum Group. I am not sure why it says Forum Personnel. I will write more once they start giving me job offers. Hopefully I will get something soon.
