Dr. Charles Curie, the owner of the Conneaut Creek Vet Clinic, is focused on practice management but still enjoys practicing small animal medicine.

Services
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or call us immediately so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a state of the art veterinary facility.
Conneaut Creek Veterinary Clinic offers a progressive new approach to veterinary care. Our Wellness Program embraces a focus on preventative medicine based on the specific life-stage of your pet. Each patient is assessed individually based on factors such as species, breed, age, and environmental challenges.
How do you know if your pet is sick? Aside from obvious symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea or being unable to move around, it can be extremely difficult to tell that your pet is unwell. Animals are naturally inclined to mask vulnerabilities - and this includes many of the typical signs of illness.
As our pets age, they often require additional care that was not necessary when they were younger. It is important to plan appropriately for this time and find a vet that you trust that can help you work through some of the issues that your pet may face. We are often smitten with pets on the day that we first bring them home.

Sometimes they have weird rules about when you can come pick up medicines for your pet, but overall they do great with the animals and that's what really matters

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I took my newly adopted dog for her first check-up. The staff was kind and professional. I really like that they call to remind clients of upcoming appointments. I will continue to have my dog vetted at this great office with a wonderful staff.

Go Elsewhere if you have choice. My poor cat sufffered for over a month and a half with ear mites and this place said he had ear wax and gave ear rinse which did not help. I called every week trying to get help for poor cat that was scratching and shaking his head non stop and they were in denile saying it was ear wax now the ear spread to other cat. They waited just long enough so that could use it as excuse to get money for another visit for the same thing they should have treated him for in the first place. They would not give discount either.

Dr Richard's and her team have taken excellent care of all three of my beloved dogs. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent care. They answer all my questions and my dogs absolutely love them. If I have an emergency they are easy to work with to get scheduled too. I am very comfortable letting them take my dogs during the Covid restrictions while I wait in the car. Overall I am very pleased with their clinic and will continue to use them for my veterinary clinic.

I can't understand why I'm seeing some of these bad reviews, but these guy's are awesome! They see my daughter's dog, and have seen mine, up until he recently passed away at almost 12 years old. We started taking him there when he was around 9 with seizures, and they were the most caring and compassionate bunch you'll ever see (since the first day, up to and AFTER he passed away). From the vets, to the receptionist, they are great! Always upfront, and never pushed us to spend anything more than we could afford. If/when we decide to get another family member, they will be the only ones we will trust

Easily the best vet clinic in the area. Everyone is really nice, they always run on time, and they were very gentle and compassionate with my wife when she took our beloved dog Leo to be put to sleep. We will continue using them when we adopt our next dog for sure.

After recently switching to Conneaut Creek Veterinary Clinic I can not speak highly enough to their service. Both my dog and cat were well cared for and the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible for all involved. All of the staff's love and concern for any animal that comes through their door is apparent and comes through in their care. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care for their animals.

I recently took my sick cat to Conneaut Creek. I was impressed with their compassion and knowledge. But I was also impressed with the fact that they were realistic about his condition and not pushy with performing unnecessary, expensive diagnostics. I did end up taking my cat back to be euthanized and as odd as it sounds, it was the best experience I had ending a life. They premedicated him which helped him fall asleep. Then they shaved the fur away and found the vein for the other med. They did the injection in his back leg so I could hold his head and gently pet him as he took his last breath
