Country Doctor Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Jefferson, OH area for everything pet-related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Charles Curie, who is a licensed, experienced Jefferson veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.

Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a state of the art veterinary facility.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Country Doctor Veterinary Clinic offers a progressive new approach to veterinary care. Our Wellness Program embraces a focus on preventative medicine based on the specific life-stage of your pet. Each patient is assessed individually based on factors such as species, breed, age, and environmental challenges.

DR. Curie and his staff are amazing! We recently had to put down our 15 year old Black Lab, Max. The kindness and caring shown by the staff to our beloved pet and my wife and I was something we will treasure and never forget. I would highly recommend Dr. Curie and his staff to any pet owner looking for the best care. A special thank you to the entire staff!

Amazing caring staff! They took amazing care of not only my animals but me! While waiting for my elderly fur baby to receive fluids after some rough findings they stayed in the room with me and kept me company so I wouldn't have to be alone after the heartbreaking news. They care about their patients and the people that bring them in ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They were so good to me and my cat I found.. their estimate was $500 .... I explained I can't do that, they don't have payment plans... asked her if we could please cut any corners and they did...... didn't charge for grooming when he was a nasty mess.
They worked the bill down to 250 which I thought was fair for five star vet care!

They got me in the same day I called, I have a rescued terrier mix for only 5 mos & he suddenly had chewing, scratching, hot spots, they were very helpful got him meds & later that day he had relief. We Camp in the summer near this Vet & so happy to find a wonderful facility. We also were allowed in with our little guy! ( due to covid restrictions this has not been allowed)Thank you Country Dr!

This place will always have my recommendation. They truly care and have great expertise in taking care of the animals. I job shadowed here when I was in school and a few year later when I found a poor kitten (at an ex-friend's house) who had been suffering for over 2 weeks with a slow death from someone running it over with a car I took it there and they humanely took care of the poor thing and did not charge me anything. I will always trust them with my animals because of this kindness.

As usual...the staff and Docs took exceptional care of my bunny, Frito yesterday. This has been my Vet office now for over 30 years. They treat my cats, dogs, bunnies, hamsters, chickens and ducks....and always with the same degree of kindness, care and professionalism. They offer great communication, a caring atmosphere, an always VERY clean office, a well trained staff...I can't say enough good things about these folks!!!

The people at Country Doctor vet clinic are so sweet. I'm happy we decided to take our poor cat Sheila there. She had to be put down and the staff made the experience... I don't want to say easier because it's… never easy letting a pet go but they made it as comforting as they could. I can't thank them enough for the care and support they gave us. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, there were lots of smiles and in the end a lot of tears with the loss of a loved pet shared between us and the staff. If you chose them you'll get genuine and great quality care.
