We hired Ginny to take on my uncle’s felony case. Being convicted of this charge would have dire consequences, we wanted to ensure we hire someone who would fight for him. We paid Ginny 12k for 3 weeks worth of work, she said the best deal being offered was 15 years to life which she recommended taking. I called on Ginny for lawful counsel. She was kind enough to entertain my phone call. I appreciated this. My low rating for her practice is based on her social skills and lack of empathy in dealing with me as a potential client. I came to her with a scary emotion filled suit. She negated just about everything I said and in fact tried to cut out conversation a couple of times by inserting an abrupt "bye" mid conversation. I have been using Ginny Walia Law offices for some legal issues that were simply blown out of proportion. I had a phone interview with Ginny regarding a civil issue. She is very prompt, easy to understand and honest. She was upfront with her fees and gave me useful information.
