We had a venue that required a lot of extra work and the team did an amazing job! Our food was fantastic! We had a specialty station that was very good! We went with an Italian theme and everyone raved about the food!

Founded in 2016, Heart to Heart Catering was created to bring farm to table cuisine curated just for you! Our co-owners, Tom & Mary Ellen Elkhay's beautiful love story & life challenges, inspired the company's name. Tom & Mary Ellen met while both working at a Tapas Restaurant in Rhode Island.
Soon after, they were engaged and moved to Daallas, where both of them continued in their culinary careers amongst some of the most notable restuarants and chefs in DFW.Losing their son shortly after birth and Mary Ellen surviving at stroke, led to what a more meaningful name than Heart to Heart. We pride ourselves in being a love-based company.

At Heart to Heart Catering, we are a full-service catering company that will provide you with the most enchanting event or elegant soiree. We bring creativity that can turn an ordinary room into events that are unique, sumptuous, and colorful. We can help with any size event, whether it's a wedding for 100 guests, a gala for 500 or a grand opening for 3,000.

We originally booked Heart to Heart Catering for our October 2020 back in 2019. Unfortunately, due to covid, we rescheduled our wedding celebration for October 2021 with the intent of still getting married on our original date.
Mark, Chef Tom, Pastry Chef Kim and the rest of H2H Catering went above and beyond for both events. For our original wedding (and then wedding celebration), I wanted to incorporate my Filipino roots into the food and Mark sent me an initial proposal with an all Filipino cuisine menu. I was pleasantly surprised at this as Filipino food was not as present in the area at the

Amazing caterer!! The food was absolutely delicious - there were many dish options to choose from and the caterer worked to fit the menu into our budget. They also created great mixers for our signature cocktails. The manager (Mark) as well as the servers/staff were courteous, professional, and worked very hard to help make this the wedding of our dreams.

We cannot say enough good things about Heart to Heart! We chose them to be our caterer for our wedding in June 2021. From the very start, they were extremely easy to work with, hosting us multiple times for tastings to make sure we got our menu right and being collaborative with us on the pricing to make it doable. They even went above and beyond to create a brand new entree that they'd never served before to cater to our Vietnamese audience (and it tasted GREAT)!
On the day of, staff showed up early to make sure everything was ready to go. The dinner again, tasted wonderful and was loved by everyone

Best caterer I’ve ever experienced. They prepared a buffet for my son’s wedding. All of the food was delicious, many compliments from wedding guests and the owner of the venue. Mark and his team were immaculate and professional from start to finish. A great caterer sets the tone for the event, we nailed it by choosing Heart to Heart.

From start to finish, Heart to Heart (Mark, our POC) was amazing to work with, but also they provided AMAZING service on our wedding day! All our guests were so impressed with how delicious the food was! The staff was very quick to get everyone through our buffet line. As the bride and groom, they served us first of everything we had on the menu. I wish I would have been able to savor everything more, as everything was so delicious!
We also asked Heart to Heart to make our wedding cake and groom's cake! They were SO beautiful AND delicious!! I remember when going out to take bridal photos, I saw

Mark and his team are the kindest and easiest people to work with. This year was filled with turmoil and last minute changes (thanks COVID) but Heart to Heart was there with us at every change working to make our wedding as special as can be! Their food was amazing, the cake was so tasty (I’m not a cake person), and everyone who helped with the catering made us feel so special. Would recommend and plan to use for future family events!

We hired this company to provide dinner for our wedding reception last weekend. I would highly recommend them. We worked with Brianna Parker, and she did an amazing job.

Mark and his team are awesome. They outperformed our expectations and come highly recommended by Sarah and me. You will not be disappointed.
Mark handled everything by phone or via email, did everything he said he would do, and the quality of his food was also matched by the professionalism of his service team.
