My daughter was patient with stroke, several times nurse said too busy to change dirty diaper, food sub par, no answer on night phone, one nurse, lorraine, especially was very rude, refusing to help,sometimes refuse to change dirty diaper,would wait hours to return water jug, never could reach caseworker. two daytime front desk receptionists, Hailey and Rachel, were exceptional and deserve 5 stars

I love these folks. When you first enter you will encounter Haley. She is so very sweet and kind. Next you will go to the Skilled Nursing hall. You will meet Drew with his IT crew. Next you will meet Susie with her nursing crew. And my favorite Nurse Allison. And for all that I didn't mention I love you too! You have taken care of my sweet daddy for over 60 days. He loves ya'll too. You've helped him to walk better, and become more self sufficient. Now on to our next stop..... We will always be gratefull to you. God bless each and every one of you!

After a few days at Briightpointe, it is a bitter-sweet feeling to be discharged home. I am a person who doesn't trust people easily because of past experiences, but the staff at Brightpointe made me feel safe and I felt motivated to work hard during my therapy sessions. I feel different, I feel strong. When I was admitted, I was bed-bound and needed oxygen. After a few days, I'm walking and I no longer need my oxygen tank. I would reccomend Brightpointe to anybody needing post acute care and rehabilitation.

What a great facility! I can't say enough about the great staff. My mom has been in other facilities that didn't hold a candle to this one. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a Nursing Facility. I wish this home had been available for my mom. We have a close friend Keith that has been treated with the utmost respect.

Brightpointe at Rivershire continues to be a great home-like environment for our loved one who resides there. They have been so helpful to us during the pandemic. The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure we get to see our loved one through the window or out on the patio. If she is happy, we are too!

I called up there a few days ago to ask about how they could help my mom (she’s in her late 60s)she broken her leg a few weeks ago and I wanted to see what type of therapy they had that would help her. The women who answered the phone I believe name was Haley she had nothing but good things to say about the people who work there and reassured me that if I take my mom up there she would be in the best care that Conroe has to offer.
On top of being very comforting and know what she was talking about she had an answer to every question that I asked.

This place looks brand new and state-of-the-art for sure, but the care received was absolutely appalling! I will start by saying for the exception of possibly two nurses the rest of the staff were inattentive to my grandmother basically all the time! If you are not prepared to be there with your loved one the majority of the time, do not expect any ounce of care!!! I personally gave her 3 showers while she was there and not once was she asked to be given a shower by staff! Apparently they only have one shower chair that they couldn’t find for 3 hours while I was there after multiple times asking
