Central New York (CNY) Veterinary Services at Animal Kingdom was originally established in 1993 by Dr. John Davis under the name Animal Kingdom. At that time, the practice was located in a rustic building in Clay, New York, before moving to a newly built facility later that year.
Dr. Davis sold the practice in 2003 to pursue large animal medicine and then reacquired and renamed the practice Central New York Veterinary Services at Animal Kingdom in 2010.The CNY Veterinary Services at Animal Kingdom team is committed to providing quality veterinary care throughout the life of your dog, cat, pocket pet or small ruminant.

I am so saddened to see CNY Veterinary Service go down hill. I have lived in Clay for 34 years and have brought my cats to this facility for the entire time. Dr. Davis is awesome and the most respectful Vet I have ever met! He took care of my pets until he left. When he left, Dr. Honeycutt was also good but he suddenly left. A month ago, I had a traumatic experience while having my two year old Mickey's nails cut at a grooming place. He suddenly died in my arms and I will never forget holding him while I am screaming for help inside a store. It wasn't the groomers fault, everything went perfectly

I certainly agree with those who feel that this place has gone down hill since Dr. Davis left! It’s a shame! All my dogs have gone here for the past 15+ years. I called yesterday because my dog wasn’t eating or feeling well and I witnessed him having a seizure. I was told I would get a call back…….. almost 5 hours later, the call came and I was told that I can get him in in January!😳, because they’re booked out until then. Really?, a technician couldn’t draw blood work?! What the hell is wrong with this place? They have been short staffed since last year! My other vet hired by Dr

Tiffany is great. She’s not the doctor but she is AMAZING. I speak with her almost every time I go and she always make sure to explain things super thoroughly and always asks if I have any questions. This is my first dog on my own since I was a child and I don’t know all of the ropes yet, but Tiffany has always made it a very educational experience. These guys know their stuff!!

My dog and I love this place! Everyone is great! I board my dog, Roki, here when I have to go out of town and twice, he had minor medical issues. Each time, I was contacted by one of the vets and kept informed about Roki’s treatment and condition! My dog is always clean and happy when I pick him up! I am so grateful to have found them! I highly recommend Animal Kingdom for vet care and boarding!

Tried to call and make an appointment for rabies booster for 2 dogs that they sent us a reminder for in the mail. The person on the phone was not accommodating to be able to schedule us before it was too late. They said they are scheduled out almost 3 months. Just for shots…. We said we would have to look elsewhere to get them in on time and they promptly said “let us know where you go so we can transfer their records”. No willingness to keep customers, no care for anything but pushing people away. We won’t ever be back there.
