Dr. Leshkivich treated my ball python for a respiratory infection, they were the only vet that would see her (even cornell refused to see her) if it wasn't for Dr. Leshkivich and her team I dont think my snake would have survived. I'm so grateful for them. She's doing great now

Took all 4 of my Bloodhounds there for gastropexy to include one neuter performed by D. K. Leskivich. Procedure was done without any complications. Her staff were very polite, professional & patient. I highly recommend this Veterinary clinic.

Go elsewhere! I had been going to this vet hospital for years and have always been disappointed with how outdated it is. The last straw was when they had the nerve to charge me an emergency fee for an appointment that was made well ahead of time. No other vet hospital in the area is charging emergency fees for scheduled visits during the pandemic. I even explained to the receptionist on the phone that I was trying to avoid paying for another emergency visit because I was at the e-vet with a newly adopted cat several days prior and spent so much money. They did not notify me that I’d be paying

Been going here awhile and tried to switch vets to a closer one in Seneca Falls but was treated horrible and shamed for my dogs teeth and weight. Started making the 45min drive to continue care with this vet and they made it so worth it 😁 vet was so sweet and told me 80%of min pins have dental problems (and she's Almost 11) and that her weight was not too bad then they cleaned her teeth spotless! We are so pleased my girl is definitely happier

Went there for 20+ years and always loved the vets, staff and treatment. Had scheduled vaccination appointment scheduled right after the pandemic started. Just before we arrived we got a phone call telling us they would have to charge us $80 each pet emergency visit fees plus the vaccination fees due to the covid crisis. Talk about taking advantage of their customers. I told the woman who called that we were just driving by and would continue driving. Also told her we would be contacting them as to where to forward our pets records. Disgusting.

Absolute worst. Avoid!!! They charge you so much money without first telling you what they are doing, then expect you to pay a surprise bill of $250. This happened when I came in just to have my cat checked for ear mites. I then had questions following my appointment and the staff said she'd take a message and that the doctor would call me back... but she never did. Rude staff yelled at me when I was upset about the unexpected bill and was very demeaning in front of everyone else in the building... spoke to me with such disrespect and without any professionalism. I have used Mattydale Animal Hospital for 20 years.. Monday I called as my cat had injured his leg and couldnt walk and was in pain...I was told that the earliest appointment was the next day at 2:00...very curt response from the person I spoke to and no concern at all for Leo...I decided to contact another Vet who saw Leo in 2 hours...Leo had an abscessed leg and a temperature of 104...in all likely hood he would have died during the night without treatment...I wi not be returning to Mattydale Animal Hospital

Took my dog to this vet They did not want me to be in the room during exam. When they brought her out to me in the waiting room, they informed me that while being examined she ripped a nail out trying to get the muzzle off. I was fine with this as accidents happen. What I am not fine with is being charged 20.00 extra for antibiotics because of something that happened on THEIR watch!!! Doubtful that I will go back unless there is a life or death emergency. I am extremely disappointed with their business etiquette Not a good first experience for a little dog who was scared to begin with!!!!
