Call (315) 446-1200 or Text (315) 847-3735 when you arrive. The team member assisting you will go over the appointment items, notes, and obtain your parking space number. You will be asked if you have been fully vaccinated (2 Moderna, 2 Pfizer, 1 Johnson and Johnson). If you have been vaccinated and are willing to provide proof of such, you will be brought in with your pet for the appointment when the doctor is ready.
If you have NOT been vaccinated, or are unwilling to show proof of such, you will need to remain in your vehicle while your pet is brought in for the appointment. Due to the small size of clinic, only 1 vaccinated adult per pet will be allowed in the appointment. The only exception to this rule is for euthanasia appointments.

This is my usual clinic and my cat had a potential exposure to a bat that was found dead in our apartment. Each time I called, I was told to contact someone else. The first time, I was told to contact a local emergency clinic that doesn't even carry the rabies vaccine (they told me I need to talk to my usual vet). The next time I called to make an… appointment for a rabies booster shot, to which they said they would look into it and call me back. When they called me back, Nicole advised me they were fully booked for the next couple of days and told me to contact the ADC which will help me

We called to have our pup updated on her Rabies shot. When we took her to DeWitt we had some other concerns with some stuff that was going on since we booked her appointment. The vet and the vet techs were amazing, also My pup really liked them. Definitely be going back to get the rest of her vaccinations back in order! They were priced well too.

My pup got neutered on 6/10/20 on a neuter certificate. One you need to update what u get charged for that the certificate doesn't cover . End up paying $113 at pick up which is fine but there were charges on… there not explained at pre-surgery or the pick up. 2nd apparently the cone I brought was not good enough fine but I need to get a phone call instead they put a cone on him and charged me for it without even notifying me . 3rd was told when I dropped my dog off to call the following day for pick up when I asked if I would be getting a call after he was out of surgery i was told no I
