Beware of the lazy and incompetent staff at the loop apartments. I lived there for 2 years and moved out at the end of August. I never had a late payment while living there. This is a completely different staff from when I moved in. I get my final bill in the mail recently and there was something I wanted to ask about on the bill prior to paying it. I call the loop and was told only MICHELLE could answer because she wrote it. (I didn't get the person's name) MICHELLE never gives me a call back. I eventually call back again and no answer. I call back at a different time and leave a voicemail. No

Don't go there!!! Please read my story before you apply with this joint: On 07/01/2021 I have deposited a sum of $308.85 with the Loop Apartments towards application and administration fees for a unit I was going to rent from them. The unit was posted on their website and after having it discussed with leasing agent I have signed the lease contract on 07/12/2021 with initial term of lease beginning on 08/07/2021. A couple days later, a leasing agent called me and informed me they couldn't move me in by the date signed in the contract due to MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION PROBLEM between them and current

The apartments are very nice and mostly maintained very well. The front gate is always broken, but it's not a huge deal to me. The floor plans make you seem like you have much more room than you do! Very nice location. Only thing stopping me from givi a 5 star review is the managements responsiveness. Any issue I have, I am told that I will receive a call back and I never do. I had questions about Renewing my lease, and was told several times I would be called back and never was. When my husband talked to the management about it, the manager said she was in a rush and didn't have time

In the middle of my lease and I can’t wait to move. The way the situation was handled with my car I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Have car trouble? Not on their lot! Given 36 hours to move the car. Also I’ve come back five months later to say the sinks are always backed up. The air conditioning has stopped working. Apartments are beautiful but cheaply made.

There is a major health design flaw in these apartments. The closet is in the bathroom with poor ventilation, leading to mold in the closet and in the vents and walls. The day I moved in, there was mold in the closet. The sheetrock was replaced, but the mold grew back within a month. It also grew in my clothes, ruined most of my shoes, and other personal property. I had to purchase a dehumidifier and was told I'd be refunded for the damages and dehumidifier. That never happened. I spoke to my neighbors and they also had mold due to the design flaw. New management came in and is worse than the old

I love living here. The free cookies and coffee in the office are a great way to start my morning. Especially when I run out of my own coffee. The office staff is always so helpful and kind. The matienence staff are nice and complete work orders in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with the customer service, appearance, and safety of these apartments.

This place is wonderful! We are so happy living here. Everyone in the office is courteous and always solves any issue we have, maintenance is always on it and they come by within a day or two and actually fix things. They are even nice to my pets. But there are really minimal problems since the place is still new. Great amenities too! The gym and coffee station is awesome. Everything inside the apartments is also high end so the rent is worth it! 5 stars!
