I've always had a HUGE love for travel and real estate but never knew how to combine them - until a lightbulb moment when I realized that you can actually make a living from vacation + corporate rentals! In 2019 I finally dove in head first - we acquired a beautiful log cabin in the Smoky Mountains and started renting it out to vacationers.
Consult you on what can be changed to maximize your income (images, amenities, decor, etc). Get your property ready for rental if it isn't already (furnishing + decor, professional photography, etc). If you don't yet have a rental property, we will also help you source deals and close on your next great investment at no cost to you (we get paid a referral fee from the buying agent when you close on the property).
