Kathleen Nitting is a Certified Vedic Educator and will soon complete her advanced training as a Certified Yoga Wellness Educator. Nitting offers private consultations and group programs for: YOGA, MEDITATION and AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE.
YOU THRIVE NOW's Virtual Studio presents this 2-hour Breath Workshop. Learn techniques to use your breath to manage stress, increase lung capacity and respiratory function, and bring you into balance, among many other benefits for wellbeing. Learn the basics of meditation in this session, which includes a short guided mantra practice and Q&A.
We're staying home and staying safe! While all in-person events have been suspended during this time, YOU THRIVE NOW's Virtual Studio is open! Introduction to Meditation includes instruction on the basics and benefits of meditation, along with a guided practice. This 6-session yoga program is designed to set you up with a solid foundation in the science, philosophy and basics of yoga.
