It's true, this studio is truly amazing. You can see my other reviews, I don't just freely give 5-star reviews. I have solid, yet not unreasonable standards by any means, as a central quality I require is following inner integrity as much as possible, in turn serving the public through that inner integrity. The first time I took a Kundalini Yoga class was in 2010 while living on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've finally come back to the practice (about time). I was really disappointed to see the only other studio close by, which was far closer (10-15 min. drive) was only offering online

Great Divine Flow Yoga is fantastic! I am new to Kundalini yoga. Marcia and Tony have made me feel so welcome. They are very down to earth and make this practice accessable to ANYONE! The cost is so reasonable, and I have been so happy with the various workshops and classes they offer. I can't believe I haven't written a review for GDF! I've been a member shortly after the studio opened in 2018. The Mahanrajs (Tony & Marcia) are the most genuine, fun, loving, and authentic dynamic duo you will ever meet! They're wonderful solo, too! I absolutely love it here at GDF. I have practiced various types yoga for years, always with the goal of toning my body , never giving much thought to my spiritual development . When I moved to this area I looked online for a yoga studio and was intrigued by Maharanjs' description of how Kundalini yoga can bring one to a higher spiritual awareness while also creating a toned and healthy body. Upon joining the classes I felt very embraced by this family of kundalini practitioners.. I recently completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Great Divine Flow Yoga. I have known and been practicing with the owners -- Tony and Marcia -- for 7 and 1/2 years, but this was my first Teacher Training with them. It was unbelievable. It so far exceeded every expectation I had. I have done multiple Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation Certifications over the years, but the power of these 3 months was on another level. From knowledge, to community, and personal transformation...it had it all. The love and support was magical. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in experiencing

I've been going to GDF for quite awhile now and it's about time that I write this! After I discovered kundalini yoga from a retreat in Tulum I had to find a studio close to home. After the first couple months that I continued to attend classes I experienced the most amazing transformation and awakening. The beauty of Kundalini yoga lives here. When I moved back to Vista from Cardiff by the sea to prepare to retire , I thought I'd have to drive the congested roads of the coast to feed my soul with yoga.

I have been attending class for about a month. Wish I could go more often, its trully life changing. I have experienced teachings by Tony, on Sunday morning and wednesdays at 0930 Marscia and Dave on Tuesday nights. All outstanding , I leave feeling hopeful, relaxed and feeling light as a feather. Great group of people, I always meet someone new. If you are contemplating trying it out the first class is free to locals you won't be sorry.

My experience with Great Divine flow Yoga has been amazing, from the moment you walk in place you can feel good beautiful energy, Jennifer Lasek( Varan Shakti ) it's a beautiful human being that makes you feel love it and care for, I have never felt judged or uncomfortable when I go there, by far this has been the best experience doing yoga. This is a very special yoga studio and I can't wait go back! I love the owners/teachers, the beautiful, uplifting energy here, and the amazing class and event offerings.

I went to this studio and was impressed. I'm a guy and it was my first time ever doing yoga. Tony's class was obviously very well prepared. The overall effect was I left feeling relaxed and centered and ready for the day. It was not overwhelmingly physical but there were enough new movements for me that it showed up some weak muscle groups I have been missing in the gym, pool, running, etc. Finally, and probably the best part: Great people! From Tony, to the students that were there, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, the entire experience was really really good.

I gifted myself a Cosmic Numerology Session with Mahanraj Kaur for my birthday and I am still BEAMING in the afterglow. She was able to nail down my spiritual challenges and point me in the direction towards my path of mastery, giving me confidence and reassurance that I am perfectly in alignment with my dreams.
