Please join us summer 2022 at Beautiful Big Bear Lake for a mindfulness-based Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga & Healing Waters Hiking Retreat! The retreat is located in the San Bernadino Mountains, only two and a half hours from San Diego and Los Angeles. This beautiful resort community boasts a quaint downtown and majestic hiking trails that surround a pristine lake, providing an ideal background for a relaxing, rejuvenating retreat.
This individual stress reduction course is designed to empower you to live an emotionally, physically, and mentally healthy life. This program will teach you the techniques of mindful living with one on one instruction and directions on how to introduce and practice them in your life.

Our experience with Suzanne Wunsch of Yoga Bloom Wellness was EXCELLENT! Suzanne was able to create a fantastic schedule that included Yoga, meditation, hiking, great beaches and wonderful cuisine. There was not a detail missed. My wife and I would recommend Yoga Bloom to anyone regardless of your experience. The best part, we made a great new caring friend!

I adore Suzanne and her work. She is truly an empath who will cater COVID safe retreats to each individual. I admire how much energy she pours into arranging retreats and especially how down to earth she is. You HAVE to experience a retreat or any other services she offers.

Suzanne offered an incredible 1 on 1 experience in Sedona where she helped me bring new energy into my relationships and business. I was so glad to get away from being stuck in the city during COVID and really enjoyed the fresh air, hiking while surrounded by the beautiful red rocks and peaceful energy. While practicing yoga she he took the time to make sure I was doing all my poses correctly, which I had never experienced in group sessions. I left Sedona more relaxed and feeling more like "myself" than I have since Covid began. I now have new energy for life and am looking forward to bringing

I will attempt to find the words to describe what an amazing experience I had with Suzanne during my week with Yoga Bloom Wellness in Carlsbad, CA. I had recently completed my yoga teacher training and this retreat deepened my practice and understanding of the yogic life that I know will help me to be a much better guide to my students as I build my career. I recently went on a couples yoga retreat with my girlfriend and Suzanne was absolutely amazing! We had the best time from trying Kudalini Yoga for the first time to paddle boarding, hiking and visiting several spiritual centers in the SanDiego area. The Yoga Bloom Wellness Couples Retreat was truly magical! The casita we stayed in was so peaceful and relaxing and the outdoor shower and living area felt like we were in paradise (because we were)! The week was exactly what I had hoped for and needed. I am going through some significant life changes and needed a week to "re-center", not check out so to speak. We worked our way through the MBSR course which will be life changing in so many ways as I continue to utilize the tools and skills gained into every day life and, of course, dealing with stressful situations. I truly believe everyone would benefit from this course. I was able to experience many different disciplines of yoga, significantly brooding my horizons and awareness. The most rewarding aspect of the experience was Suzanne's intuition

Suzanne was so open and welcoming. We did a variety of activities including yoga, vision boarding, meditation, and mindful eating. She was truly passionate about helping me achieve my goals. The individual retreat was exactly was I needed to set myself back on track. The lodging and food accommodations were wonderful. I am forever grateful and have made a lifelong connection.
