Today, my VA benefits were approved! This would not have occurred without the assistance of Gordon & Partners. If you been in an accident, DO NOT CALL THESE PPL! They are never available to take calls or answer questions. They don't return calls and when case settles they make up a bunch of reasons to hold money in "escrow". They have withheld my money for 6 months over a bogus medical charge.. and Meg the assistant is impossible communicate with. This was a mistake using these ppl! (I must say Alona is nice, wish she wld train staff better)

I was excited when I first spoke with Attorney Michael Hoffman. My previous attorney had recommended this firm when he reached a point with the VA that he had not seen before. We had won our higher level review, and they were told to correct previous decisions, but after receiving the new rating, they had failed to change anything. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the paralegal that worked wth the lawyer who "handled" my case was exceptional. Iunfortunely the actual lawyer was unprepared, unprofessional and unresponsive to my inquiries. The case went to arbitration and at one point I turned to the lawyer for advice and she simply stated it was "my call." I was given absolutely zero guidance. She even had me sign the paperwork with a different colored pen than what she used to sign off on the settlement. Extremely dissatisfied. In good conscience, I would never advise anyone to use this parricular
