My daughters dentist referred us here for a consultation for future orthodontics. While the place seemed very nice and the front desk staff were friendly, the orthodontist left a lot to be desired. My daughter is 6 years old and very tiny. She was too small for the xray machine, even though my daughter tried her hardest, we were unsuccessful in getting the images. The machine was not the right size for my daughter, she physically could not hold herself in the position they needed and the staff tried to blame it on her just not staying still. Both my daughters got braces from here and we are finally done. The staff is friendly, the techs were patient with my daughters, and they explain things so I didn’t feel lost. We even had a couple after-hours issues, like a poking broken wire that Dr. Mike talked us through on Thanksgiving.
We are going to miss them but not the braces :) Thanks Prairie Ortho!

From my personal experience I have really liked the results and I definitely consider that all the treatments are incredibly good 10 of 10.
I also really liked how the assistants treat the patients, quite friendly and very careful 10 of 10 also,
but on the other hand the doctor michael weinberg is so rude when checking the Mouth.
I personally have very sensitive my lower teeth and although I have always told him, that it does not matter and it is not at all gentle at all when filing my teeth .
unfortunately on several occasions I needed a new retainer on my lower teeth or the resin fell

I really love this place, its clean, modern, staff are friendly. But, I would like to have the appointments more in the afternoons specially after 4:00, since I work and not all times I want to be absent and take a half day/ sick day. Not even for me, just for my daughter. I would love also Saturdays be open at least half days, just for emergencies., etc.

They falsified claim dates to insurance company after we chose to postpone our treatment for a few months. The reason we chose to postpone was the other allegations of friends of mine in the area. There was also a tongue condition that this so called ortho didn't mention. It just didn't sit well with me. I politely explained that we just wanted to postpone since treatment has not begun. The scan was going to take place next week.
They are keeping my down-payment when no treatment had begun. Dr. Mike is a coward and won't even discuss my allegations and hid in his office.
