Came here with the boyfriend for mani pedis and we were not disappointed! They took their time and made sure to ask a few times if everything was okay and it made you feel good. When painting my toes and nails the lady made sure to not double but triple check to make sure she was doing the best to her ability and I appreciated that! Everything was a great experience and will be coming back for sure

My girlfriend and I went and got a manicure from Tu and Moon. Not only are they wonderful and sweet but this was one of the best manicures we’ve had in awhile. My partner and I have been having a lot of experiences with other salons over dremling our nails- and because of that our nails have been really weak and damaged. But Tu and Moon took time and were very gentle on our little nail beds. Can’t wait to go back for our toes

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I got my first dip manicure with a friend on a Tuesday. By Thursday, hers were popping off, so she got them redone. By Saturday, both of ours were popping off. We were only in Portland for work, and work conflicted with their opening hours, and they wouldn’t refund an expensive manicure that we couldn’t make it back to fix (and my friend did make it back once to fix it). Might just be bad product, but a dip manicure should last more than 3 days, at $45.

So disappointing. i came here looking for a quality spa to regularly get dip powder. i should've known right away by the way Tu looked at me that i should leave, i hate walking into a place of relaxation and pampering and all i see on their faces is judgement. THE JUDGEMENT. o god i couldn't even pick out a mature shade of red for my 21 yr old self before Tu starts pointing out bright sparkle pink because of what she had judged by my age. Tu took the used/covered in powder towel from the customer she was just with to wipe down my chair and table. i was never offered water juice or wine

This is the only salon I ever go to now. The ladies who work there are sweet, professional, and highly skilled. The salon has a kind of fairy tale theme, but instead of corny pink princess decorations the walls are painted rich blue with serene clouds and they play soft romantic instrumental music that really helps you relax. They also serve complimentary beverages (i can't stand when nail salons don't serve wine lol). The location is central and convenient to get to on public transit. My favorite thing about royalty nails is how i feel like the nail technicians are proud of their work

I've been here several times now and each time I've been very happy with the service and with how long my nails last. The staff is friendly and polite, the spa is spotless, the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Additionally they have more dip and shellac color options than I've ever seen at a salon.

I came here with my friend after our appointment at another salon was not honored...so happy that happened because we found this place!! We called and they said they could pencil us in as soon as we arrived.
Immediately after we sat down they offered water/wine. I got the basic pedicure/manicure and halfway through, I was second guessing that I asked for the basic package because they were going above and beyond!! They really took their time and they were all SO sweet.
So so glad we came here and will definitely be back!!

Made a same day appointment, no problem -- and on a Saturday morning. This place is a hidden gem. Staff is pleasant and the salon is spotless. A customer came in and dropped and broke a whole bottle of polish in the entryway. They were meticulous about cleaning it up, including the owner. I got a "basic" pedicure, but it still included a hot stone massage, paraffin soak and lotion. The young woman who did my nails chatted with me as they were drying. Parking was easy. I really couldn't believe there were so few people in there. I'll definitely go back.

Absolutely wonderful experience. A beautiful new nail salon with all the best equipment. I got the basic pedicure, but it was everything but basic. A great massage, no wimpy 30 sec timer here!!! A scrub, wax, and hot stone! Me feet and legs felt so relaxed. I get a lot of gel manicures and they have far beyond the normal selection of colors including matte finishes. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The owner is amazing and I can't wait to go back! Truly a spa day and with reasonable prices.

I made an appointment and showed up for it. As my nails were getting filed, another client showed up. There was some confusion with their appointment time between the nail technician. Then all of the sudden, the nail technician asks me if it's okay that I come back later. I said I couldn't come back since I had somewhere to be. Then she says, "Okay, we'll see you another time." I was like, "Wait, what just happened here?" The other people ended up taking my spot. I had an option to come back later but it was my first time there and that was very unprofessional

Sunday with the boys, and I'm prepping to go out of town for a little beach thing. At least for my nelly little crew, that means pedicures! After a bit of a Yelp search we ended up at Royalty Nails, and I'm glad we did. The staff was very friendly, skilled, and speedy. The prices were right. And the massage chairs were OMG good.

The nail technicians did a great job with my mani/pedi and my boyfriends pedicure. They are very detail oriented and very sweet. The salon was also very clean and I watched them clean the chairs and equipment thoroughly. I highly recommend this place and will come back soon! The prices are reasonable

Royalty nails opens at 10am, and parking is open in front at that time. They have SO many gel and dip options, it was hard to choose! The royalty pedicure with shellac is $70, and it was 1.5 hours of scrubs, trims, creams, massages and amazing paint job. They even did an extra coat because the paint color was so light.
They just opened and Covid has hit them just like everyone, I highly recommend going for your Mani/Pedi needs.

I didn't see a private lot, so did street parking in front of the salon which was free that day because of the New Year holiday. The space was very clean and new, with lots of pedicure chairs. The ladies at Royalty were all very friendly and nice. They offered us a variety of different drinks, and we got complimentary tea and coffee.
We opted for the Basic Pedicure which included soaking, nail trimming, cuticle removal
