I get my nails done frequently and I personally feel like this nail polish job is worse than if I had done it on my own! These are my nails the morning after, had traditional nail polish: there are weird paint lines where it should be smooth, and sadly it's already chipping off! I wear gloves when I do dishes, and did not do any household chores yesterday. I am very disappointed as this is for a wedding I am in tomorrow. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

My service was amazing, the massage felt great and the pedicure looked fantastic! BUT..... the two nail technicians working on my friend and I were SO chatty I felt like an inconvenience to their conversation by being there. I couldn't even ask her to rub my leg softer without having to rudely interrupt one of them. The service was good, but I'm sure I can find another salon with better customer service to do a pedicure just as well.

Lily has been doing my manicures and pedicures on a regular basis for 4 years; and if you dream of having beautiful hands and feet, Lily is for you. She is so amazing, I finally convinced my husband to start getting manicures - something I've tried to do for years. Lily convinced him! Not only is she amazing at her craft, she is professional and personable. If you want the best, ask for Lily. She books up fast!

Mary did a great job with my full set of acrylic nails. She took her time, made sure the nails were balanced and had the right structure, and painted them well. My set is beautiful and I’ll certainly be back when it is time for a fill.
I did have to wait 20 minutes from my scheduled appointment time(which is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5), but once they were ready for me, I felt the dedication and care Mary put into her work.

Got a basic pedicure and shellac manicure. I liked the massage chair and complimentary mimosa. Service seemed friendly and attentive. Space was clean and welcoming. My pedicure was ok although the lady didn't seem to do much nail cleaning/cutting. Manicure was also pretty good. I picked out a nail color for my toes and the lady assured me they have the matching shellac polish for my manicure. When I walked outside I noticed my manicure was pink and pedicure was red.. they definitely don't match. I'll probably checkout other salons in the area before returning.

My mani-pedi appointment was relaxing and overall I felt that they did a great job with the painting but my feet were still rough after. I am a bit pickier because I did pay $75 so I expected to have very smooth hands and feet after but I still have loose skin around the cuticles and the bottoms of my feet are still rough.

Today I legitimately got the worst gel manicure I've had in Portland in about two years.
- the polish is uneven in thickness
- there's visible polish on the skin around my nails
- nail shape is inconsistent
I let the manicurist know and he proceeded to try to file the polish off my fingers - which was also slightly painful. Still, couldn't get it all though.
After two visits I would say the service is inconsistent. I'd rather pay a couple more bucks and go where I know

Over a year later, I have moved across town into SE Portland and still make sure to come see Lily every two weeks. My polish never peels or chips, and looks absolutely perfect! I've switched to a more almond/stiletto shape lately and she gets it exactly how I like it every time. She makes me feel so beautiful, thank you Lily!

Went in 3 days ago for a manicure/pedicure.
The woman doing my pedicure was super nice & did a great job -- hence my two stars.
Manicure is a mess, I got dip powder as I normally do.. Every single nail fell off within days and the entire time the woman doing it was so annoyed by my presence/did it super quick.

This is a very nice place. A friend and I came here for pedicures and eyebrow waxings. My friend ended up adding a manicure for herself as well. The place is very clean and the women that took care of us were very nice. They just didn't talk much to us and I wish they had engaged with us a little more. I really enjoyed my pedicure and they were very thorough but I wished it had lasted a little longer than it did. I also did not enjoy the music that was playing in the salon while we were there, it was pretty bad. Some of the better things were that they had a ton of nail polish colors to choose

I have been to this salon four times now. It was really awesome in the beginning. The technicians did a great job and making an appointment online was super easy.
However, my most recent visit (the Saturday before the Super Bowl), I had the worst manicure I've ever received. The technician did a horrible job!! She was careless in applying there polish and it's already chipping after TWO days. She did not apply the coats evenly and it looks like trash. This was NOT worth $51.00!!
I reached out to management but haven't heard anything back from them. If they don't correct

$20 for a spa pedicure! You won't find a better deal in Portland for a quality pedicure in such a clean salon. This is the best pedicure I have ever gotten without paying an exorbitant amount of money. For $20, I got exfoliation, cuticle care, hot paraffin, a 10 minute massage on each leg, warm towels, fresh polish and a complimentary mimosa! Lily did a great job with my pedicure and she was very sweet and friendly. The massage chair is a deluxe chair, with side compression in addition to the typical back massage functions.
