Services
We offer specific chiropractic adjustments to assist your body in correcting subluxations that interfere with the normal and healthy function of your nervous system. Our technique, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), is an indicator based system that offers the chiropractor a specific set of clinical findings and neurological indicators to allow them to safely and affectively adjust abnormal spinal and cranial dysfunctional patterns (subluxations).

We were referred to Dr. Rosen by our local chiropractor, after evaluating our infant son for severe brachycephaly, or flattening of the back of the head, and infant helmet use. Our son had been sleeping in a rock ‘n play due to positional reflux. We didn’t want to medicate him, but did not realize the extent to which his health would be impacted sleeping this way, including thickening of inner ear fluid and subsequent repeat ear infections. Dr. Rosen also treated our older son, then three, for struggles with sensory issues. I watched in awe as both boys transformed physically and emotionally

Dr. Marty and Dr. Erin have been enormously helpful in treating my young children and me. My children love going for their adjustments and look forward to the warm welcome they always receive from Dr. Nancy. The office is very clean and family-friendly. I have seen Dr. Rosen on and off for almost 25 years. He is professional and so helpful. When I originally saw him, I had a slight curvature in my spine due to an accident. He not only fixed that but was able to recommend therapeutic exercises for my shoulder which was also bothering me. I was looking for a great chiropractor to see if I can finally address bad migraines I've had over the last 15yrs. I've attempted it once before, but wasn't successful. I saw an interview with Dr. Rosen online and got a good feeling about his experience and personality. My first visit involved manual evaluation and X-rays. On the second visit we went over the X-rays and discussed the treatment plan and timing. I don't know what kind of magic is involved, but after the first 2 visits I realized I didn't have a migraine for a week, which was fairly unusual as I would have at least 1 episode a week
