There are so many things that make the place you call home special. But its how you live your life that's most special to us. That's why Urgent Home Care would like to provide with one-on-one non-medical assistance for the daily activities that aren't as easy as it used to be. Urgent Home Caregivers can help you live an independent lifestyle that doesn't require you to change your life.

Our Mission Statement-Urgent Home Care is a multi-language agency that was founded upon the belief that a multitalented team of lingual professionals can provide high quality non-medical and social services for members in all aspects to their lives.
Services
Our commitment to service and integrity has allowed us to be in a position where clients do not hesitate to seek our services for Quality Care. All our employees have undergone extensive and rigorous background, licensing, criminal, drug checkups and physical examinations as we carefully select the most suitable professionals to their respective positions.
Being discharged from a hospital can be a challenge for anyone, but for seniors, it can be particularly stressful. One can be too weak to perform necessary everyday tasks like making oneself a meal, taking a shower, or getting dressed. If a senior has undergone a surgery there is a high risk of a getting injured again - he or she may trip on something and fall, lift a heavy object and get injured, or drop a pot with boiling water and get burned.
In Urgent Home Care, we know how vital it is for our patients to be assigned with a caring, responsible, and attentive caretaker, therefore all our caregivers are subject to a careful and meticulous screening. We strictly comply with the state laws - each of our caregivers is DCW certified within the 90 days of hire.
We are always looking for responsible and dependable caregivers. If you have a passion for helping the patients in need, please fill out an online application today. Interests / Hobbies Please list any skills, hobbies, or other activities that would contribute to your proficiency as a caregiver. Many 12- and 24-hour jobs include considerable amounts of unstructured time, and leisure time participation with the client is important.
Is Medicare or Medicaid funding available for these services? Today, Medicare does not cover non-medical home care services. The exception to this is when a patient is eligible for Home Health Care (skilled nursing), continues to meet those criteria, and the home care services are provided by the Medicare certified Home Health Agency; there is a limit to how much home care will be covered.

Let's just say ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!! I don't even know how they are still standing honestly!! I feel sorry for the patients that have to deal with the people in the office. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!! THEY DON'T PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW THEY SHOULD OR PAY THEM THEIR MISSING HOURS.!!! IT'S PATHETIC THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE "FAMILY AND CLOSE FRIENDS" WRITE A REVIEW FOR YOUR COMPANY. I CAME ACROSS GOOD WORKERS (CAREGIVERS) HERE. I HOPE THEY CAN MOVE UP FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OFFICE PEOPLE... YEAH THEIR ATTITUDE F*$%@ SUCKS!! Lazarus how about you pay my mother what you owe her?!!

Let's just say zero stars... They are a provider for my loved one. I applied. They lost my application multiple times. There have been call offs every other day and no coverage for care. The communication is horrible from the office. We were finally fed up with their lack or care that we had to switch services. Afterwards, the company called the caregiver caring for my elderly loved one on my elderly loved one's phone to send them home. They stating to the person who is supposed to provide care that because we changed services the caregiver should not be scheduled. The caregiver left leaving my

This place is totally unprofessional, there is NO communication, they don't care about their employees they try to underpay their employees all the time. No one in the office answers the phone and when they do they answer with a sigh before saying anything like your disturbing them. They have very high turnover they don't deserve a star what they deserve is to be permanently closed down! This place is horrible, in all the years I have worked in healthcare this is by far the worse !!!

Caregivers don't get paid on time, they don't get their sick time, the company doesn't even tell them they have sick time hrs, they never have coverage, no one in the office communicates, no one knows anything, they charge super high CPR/FA training, Lazar is the most lazy boss I've ever had, he would rather leave unpaid hours for next payroll, they don't care about their clients nor the employees, its all about the money. Horrible place to work, very unprofessional.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever dealt with. Since I was a caregiver with them and handled the client end of it for a family member, I can tell you what it's like to work for them and what it's like to be a customer. Their training is kind of a joke. If I hadn't been the one caregiving for my relative, I would not have let any of the people I met in the trainings anywhere near my family member. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office, and there were multiple errors with documentation. It started to seem a little more legitimate when they switched to the

Nothing pleases me more then to hire responsible caring caregivers that are willing to go above and beyond to help care for clients who are less fortunate to do for themselves! I love where I work and I love helping those who are willing to work hard! Shout out to all our caregivers for making us the excellent team that we are! Love you guys😉
