Insurance coverage varies by company and in most cases certain deductibles must be met to obtain benefits. It is necessary to work with Madonna and your insurance company to determine what coverage is available during your stay. Insurance benefits will be verified the week of your admission. This verification of benefits does not guarantee payment of claims.

We have made the referral admission process very easy for you. Please be sure to include your name, phone number and how we can assist you. Our nurse liaisons work closely with physicians and hospital staff to make the transition to Madonna as smooth as possible.

Children and adolescents require a different approach to rehabilitation. Madonna calls upon the expertise of experienced clinicians with in-depth knowledge of the unique needs of pediatric patients. The primary physician may be a pediatric hospitalist, a physiatrist who is board certified in rehabilitative medicine and/or a nurse practitioner.

Staff are friendly and the facility is nice, clean, spacious, and welcoming. That's the positive. The negative is the care my dad received in the last two weeks of his life. I think that if he had the same nurse for more than one day in a row, perhaps someone would have noticed his physical and mental decline, which eventually led to pneumonia and his death. There was ZERO communication from a medical perspective. I received only a weekly phone call from a case manager who didn't know him; she could have cared less about his discharge planning and failed to even reply to my e-mails. Additionally

I was a bit apprehensive sending my dad here after his stroke and reading the negative reviews about Madonna. Personally speaking, I have truly had amazing experiences with the nurses, therapists, social workers, and even the front desk people. My dad absolutely loved his time here and I am so grateful for what Madonna has had to offer him and his long journey ahead of him. Madonna is very clean, very responsive, and very caring. My dad was always checked on and the nurses and tech’s were beyond patient with him and his aphasia when trying to communicate what he wanted and they would always encourage

Madonna is one of the most frustrating experiences my family and I have dealt with. The only people that were truly helpful was therapy and maybe two nurses other than that lousy nurse care and subpar food. With the amount of money you’re expected to pay you would think there would be more food options let alone more attentive care.

The nursing staff and therapist have been very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you! The case management team I am disappointed in. They do not communicate they do not plan ahead or help guide the family. They are kicking him out because they think he is not progressing fast enough and can't be recovered in 30 days. This is wrong. How is anyone suppose to recover from a massive stroke in a month or two which they knew when he went in that it was massive. I don't feel like his pain management has been addressed and thus issues with therapy.

Facility was beautiful. Therapists were exceptional however most of the Nursing staff with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 were horrible. Unplugged my sisters call light for the nurse and t.v. and put the bed down flat and locked it so she couldn't get it to sit up and couldn't call the nurse. Most nurses came around every hour scanned the sheet in her room to say they checked on her and left. Asked a few times if she could go outside and we were told NO. Most nurses were not friendly and didn't interact with any patients. For the kind of money they charge I expected a little more care and compassion

I'm only leaving one star because that's the only way to leave a review. I was a patient here for a month and left in the same condition that I came in. They are absolutely terrible. They have NO activities, the food is horrible and there's no communication between staff. The physical therapy department didn't do a thing to help me. They staff was very rude to my family when they came to visit. I got transferred to another Rehab and they got me better in a month. I would not recommend Madonna to anyone. The only good thing is it's a fancy facility and that's only because it's brand new.

I can not say enough positive things about the pediatric therapy here!
After a very negative experience with the Millard school district trying to get my son speech help, I sought private therapy for him. They were exceptional!! From the the very first evaluation to the ending session, it was clear family centered care was a top priority. They realize they are with him for minutes each week and the rest lies to his family to work on.
We worked with Rachel and she is top notch! She gave homework, guidance and support as well as making the sessions fun. It’s tough to get a 3yr old to work 30
