Services
To be the premier choice for compassionate care and the highest quality of life possible for those entrusted to us. At Lancaster Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to creating a sensitive, nurturing and comfortable home where each patient and resident receives personalized care and attention. We take pride in our resident-centered philosophy and approach to care.
Your facility is the life line to our community. We can't say enough about the reputation you have in the community and the care you provided to my Mom shows it! I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care you were so kind to give. There were staff members that went beyond the call of duty to provide extra care to not only my mother but to our family in our time of need.
Everyone made our stay as pleasant as possible, and that means a lot when you're far away from home. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is nice, the nursing staff is caring, and the therapy staff is over-the-top awesome. Everyone works together and jumps in to do everything but what really impressed me was how the staff was so caring.
Jen joined the Lancaster team in December of 2009, and in addition to her current role, has also worked with the social service, and business office departments. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Family Sciences from the University of Nebraska, she has worked in a variety of health care settings including home health and skilled nursing.
Prior to a resident's discharge from our facility, our rehabilitative professionals make sure they're ready for the challenges involved with returning home or to an alternate level of care. In addition to outlining personalized exercise plans and guidelines for safely performing daily routines, our therapists will make sure each patient can manage stairs and other obstacles related to returning home.

My grandmother was the first loved one that I loved who was a resident at Lancaster Manor and that was years and years and years ago. It was a loving place then and still is today. In the past two years we have had one former high school friend and one sister who have been able to enjoy the gentle loving care that all residents receive at Lancaster Manor

My mother has been at Lancaster Rehabilitation for a week. During this time I have not heard a cross word from staff. They have been very helpful and kind. During the care team meeting, they were all very informative and listened to what mom and family members had to say. She really likes the food and loves the whirlpool bath. I am pleased with her care.

I accidentally picked up a shift on shiftkey while I was at work and I got confirmed. I called right away the facility to notify them to remove my name from the schedule and unassigned me on the shiftkey app. They refused. I reached out to the DON to explain the situation. She put me down as a cancellation which is unfair. I wouldn’t recommend working them because they don’t offer any premium pay as well.

Had my first interview today with Nick in the kitchen and I could say it was one of the best interviews I’ve had since I moved here 4 years ago. The food service industry is its own beast but it’s hard to find people who truly care about the industry. For that I’m rating this a 5 star. Nick was honest, charismatic, and provided clear details and explanations of what the rehabilitation center could offer. I don’t normally write reviews on my interviews but here I am :)

The front desk woman was barraged by visitors, phone calls, requests, and a resident gentleman in a wheelchair who was quite a handful, but she was kind and
attentive to all. They place unvaccinated residents in a separate room for visits and have a sign in and out Covid protocol in place. It is a tenuous open period.

My dad is a long term patient and seems to be quite happy at Lancaster. My interaction with the staff has been good. They are very attentive with their other patients and my dad too, even during our visiting. My only wish is that the upstairs would get a remodel to reflect what I walked into downstairs. Maybe it’s in the plan, as I didn’t take the time to inquire yet. I sure hope so, as upstairs was very old and outdated looking.

Lancaster Rehabilitation Center has done a great job making improvements over the years. I have a family member that is currently living at the facility. My mother and I have worked in places like Lancaster over the years. They still need to make more improvements, the food service is not very good. They could do a better job with food preparation. I myself have not had to stay in a place like Lancaster, so I don't have any personal experiences to share pretty much just what I have seen and have been told about this facility.

Crystal was awesome during my interview. She was very informative about what they were looking for and their procedure's. She also seemed very interested in not only my experience with past jobs but with my ethics and the type of person I am. Seems like a good company to work for and I'm hoping they consider my application
