Bethpage Park Apartments is located on Jervis Avenue in Farmingdale, NY, in a peaceful residential area close to Farmingdale State College and the Route 110 corridor. We are located in the portion of Farmingdale that lies within Suffolk County in the Town of Babylon within the boundaries of the Half Hollow Hills School District.
The purchase process for a co-op is similar to buying a condo or house but there are significant differences in the ownership structure. When you purchase a co-op you are not actually buying physical property. You are buying shares in the corporation that owns the physical property. Shares are allocated to each apartment.
Electric barbecues are allowed. Please contact the Management Office to arrange the time you would like to use the area. You must sign a waiver indicating you are responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the grill pit.
