If you recently got hired here, run!!! You’ll notice favoritism right away. They let their favorite employees work from anywhere, home or vacation spots, but make the others come into the office, pretty obvious to anyone old or new, what’s going on. Leadership is terrible, starting with the VP which is why the turnover rate is so high and she can’t keep anyone and had to leave the review below. She will come off overly nice at first, but just wait to see the favoritism play out. Have the same rules for everyone and run a professional company, this isn’t grade school. If you’re new, run
