I rarely ever make reviews, but our experience with them NEEDS to be noted and hold someone accountable..My fiancé needed to tow our car and went through our USAA insurance who assigned this company to come get our car from Auburn. My fiancé left work early just to wait THREE HOURS for a tow that would never come. I didn't contact them directly, I went through towtruckservicenearme.info and they sent Ready Set Tow my way. I never caught the name of the driver, but he was fantastic! He cared about the car as if it were his own!
I needed my car towed to a buddy's house to do some clutch work. My car is low so he needed some help to make it easier, which was perfect because I wanted to be involved anyways. Took some creative use of some wood blocks to get it on without scraping. On the offload my buddy said, "He was perfect getting it off!" Best part, the price for the tow was like half of what I was expecting

I sold a car to a friend and it got stolen before he could get it registered. This company towed it and gave him a HUGE hassle trying to pick it up even though he was the one who filed the police report. After not letting him pick up the car and asking for him to pay his tow and sign over the car to him, over 2 weeks later he sends me a certified letter for the fees of his tow even though it was on record with the DOL that I sold it. This guy is very shady. I’ll never do business with him.

These folks are amazing, understanding and thoughtful. right at the perfectly worst time my wife and I got T boned. they showed up at the scene and was willing to take us down the road over the dangerous over pass. We showed up there to grab some items and discussed what would work best for us and they all absolutely worked with us to help. If they tow you at a scene be grateful, this is an honest hard working company.

I had a really great experience with these guys when my car broke down on the highway. My insurance company estimated their arrival in an hour, but they got to me in half the time. Bruce was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to drop my car off at my mechanics shop while I rushed to a holiday party. I was expecting a huge ordeal, and thanks to Bruce and Ready, Set, TOW the whole problem was resolved almost effortlessly!

I have been waiting for them to come pick my car and I up for 2 and a half hours now. My insurance had to contact another towing company because I've been stranded for this long. This is the second time I have been assigned this towing company and this is the second time they have taken longer than what I was told it would take for them to pick me up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET A TOW. They will Waste your time and patience.

Needed my Lincoln towed, first company came out and said they couldn't tow my car. READY SET TOW came through, picked it up with no problem. Shawn was great, he lifted the car and put it on a dolly in no time. On top of that he got me connected with a Locksmith cheaper than the rest. Thanks again Shawn.

This has been some of the worst service I have ever received. They informed my insurance company that they could be to my vehicle in no more than 90 minutes. After 2 hours went by, and we call to ask why they aren't here, they claim to be 30 minutes away. 45 minutes later, I call again to then be told it will be at least another hour before they can be to us.
They are liars and tried to scam us. They never showed and we ended up having to call a completely different place 4 hours later.
Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Great service! The roadside assistance through my insurance company scheduled the tow, and the experience was great. Shaun was professional and knowledgeable. He even called me to let me know that he was stuck in bad traffic so he would be a little late for the appointment. I highly recommend Ready Set Tow!
