The building contains 51 apartments consisting of 25 studios, 2 - one bedrooms, 19 - two bedrooms, 4 - three bedrooms, and 1 - four bedroom unit. The building consists of unique floor plans so each apartment can vary in size and configuration.
4. How are building maintenance and repairs handled? There is a handyman on staff who will complete repairs when repair requests have been made. Repair requests are submitted on this website at the Maintenance tab. 5. Are utilities included in the rent? All apartments include Wi-Fi, gas, trash and sewer.

Should be featured on Slumlords of Washington County. They will rent places without adequate exits, no windows, broken fixtures and then charge for those same fixtures and insanely charge to replace light bulbs when they should sanitize and replace everything without charge due to COVID to begin with.
It's obvious they don't care about the health if their tenants, which are mostly students.
Stay away, far far away.

I Highly Recommend Riverwood apartments, I've been here for a year and half, as an international student i found everything easy and comfortable, also very cheap, which will help a lot of students, save money and stay at a very good place at the same time, they have great service when ever you need help maintenance show up in no time and Tyler (Land Lord Assistant) is always there to help, and they always ask if we do need anything or is there something they can improve. Also their location is the best, since that Riverwood apartments is very close to campus, a 7 minute walk. and also across the
