We lived in this dump for three years. It seemed adequate at first, and maintenance responded quickly to problems.
We had sewage in our kitchen several times because of a bad design.
Water was constantly going out, so we often went without it for a day.
One of the nearby apartments almost burned down because of faulty electrical. They're lucky they got out safely!
They're unscrupulous and unprofessional.

Watch out when you move out. They charge you for every speck of dust you leave. $25 to clean a toilet, their cleaner better be made out of gold for that price. Make sure you go through the house with a fine tooth comb prior to moving in completely. They told me I cracked a vanity. When in reality it was like that the entire time I lived there. Oh and to boot it was re sealed at the crack. I wouldn't have taken the time to do that. They charged me $25 to remove 2 hangers out of a closet, remove a giant eagle bag out from under a sink, and pick up a dry sheet that fell beside the dryer. Beware

Full disclosure, I am selling my home and have not rented in about 15 to 20 years.
As a potential tenant, I visited the property with high hopes but, was immediately turned off for several reasons.
Within the first 5 mins of introduction I was told that I "offended" her and she was "confused as to why I was charged-up". She, Tay, did not take the time to understand her potential customer or she would have quickly learned that I am a friendly, louder, excited, talkative guy with a 12 yo son. Instead, she referred to me on multiple occasions as "charged-up" and that

Do not rent here if you don't have to. This is especially true if you are renting on a temporary basis. The rent is exceptionally high for the quality of the accommodations and the size of the townhomes. Additionally, the utilities are grossly inflated. The HVAC systems are extremely old and in poor condition; that, coupled with little to no insulation creates exorbitant electric and gas bills. Further, the water is determined by how many people are in your apartment with no means of determining how much was actually used. We have two adults and two preschool aged children and the water ranges

The staff and onsite property managers try to do everything they can to accommodate. However, they are not provided with the essentials to do their job. The rent is not cheap and I feel I should be getting more for what I pay. These places are literally falling apart... The cheap paint they used literally has worn off walls and doors, yet their is no money in the budget to repaint, my patio door and windows are older than me and have not been properly sealed nor replaced. Any winds blow directly through my unit without even opening a window. Every time it rains more than a sprinkle my front door
