Managers, maintenance, and all have been very professional, kind, considerate, compassionate, helpful, dependable, organized, and communicative. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and completely without repeat problems--SO AMAZING! Wish we didn't have to move away. This place is a great place to live. Access to shopping, dining, and major roads. GREAT school district! Stay at Cloverleaf Village Apartments!

Worst place to live. The office cares more about getting new apartments ready to move in rather than Helping or fixing the residence living there paying money. Been waiting to get my dishwasher fixed for 8 months and still isn’t fixed. Told them about my issues roughly once a month to give them a chance to fix it but they set up a time to fix it and never come. Watched them put a brand new dishwasher in an apartment so they could get new residents during the time I’m waiting for mine to be looked at. Supposed to have came to put a new dishwasher in 2 times now and still waiting. Waited almost

It's good for the price. Pet friendly and good price for what it's worth. If you're looking for luxury this isn't it. But if you're avoiding the ghetto and burglary this place is nice. Great neighbors. Sometimes maintenance is pokey. The noise from the road can get loud but that's in building one.. My apartment is always nice and warm in the winter. AC sucks though. If you have your own unit, that's best. Again, no luxury, but way better than ghetto. Staff is wonderful

I love living here! My daughter loves visiting Julie and Liz at the office... And not to just grab some candy or a popsicle. The maintenance crew has always been cool with me and helped me out anytime I wanted them to look at something. My apartment is exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier.

Lived at the cloverleaf for 15 yrs have gotten along with almost all the managers loved the last 1 but it's the worse maintainence group they have ever had right now they towed my car 2 weeks before Christmas and only reimbursed me for half the tow charge which the total was 250 so we split which i believe and alot of others think I should have been reimbursed for all because the new guy didn't know it was my car. I probably shoveled more this winter than any of my 15 yrs there and then I got stuck 1 day and the maintainence guy walked right by me .WORSE MAINTENANCE GROUP EVER IN THE 15 YRS I LIVED

Absolutely terrible place to live and the management is the absolutely definition of crooks. They fine (to an extent) while you’re living there, but will rob you the second you try to leave. When you move out and follow all their requirements such as having apartment professionally cleaned and the carpets shampooed, they still send you a $700+ bill for “cleaning fees” and for “broken items”. And then when you ask for clarification and photo proof of the broken items (because there were no broken items when we moved out), they just ignore you and send a bill collector

I lived here three years. Nice dog park area, playground, and open areas under 40 foot tall oak trees. Air conditioner was hiccuping and management replaced it. Quiet neighbors, sturdy construction, storage areas, and garages are sometimes available. Window on three sides of the apartment is my favorite feature. Snow is removed from parking lots, and common stairwells are vacuumed by staff. Received a job offer in another state, or I would have stayed at Cloverleaf Village.

Just renewed my lease. Problems can happen no matter where you live, but when something happens Liz always makes sure it is taken care quickly. Management and Maintenance is friendly and curtious. These are older buildings so you can sometimes hear neighbors. Very pet friendly and the grounds are always well kept.
