Each treatment you will receive a diagnostic massage, acupuncture, diet, herbs, movement, and meditation. There is usually no pain associated with acupuncture. If a certain acupuncture point is sensitive when treated you will be advised. Depth of needle insertion varies between 1/4" to 1" using pre-sterilized disposable needles.
