Dr. Julie Phan is a California native and an alum from UCLA (Go Bruins!) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Phan earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, graduating as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honors society.
