Eye doctor Laura Nguyen, OD has been serving families within the Inland Empire for over 15 years. During this time Dr. Laura has been very involved in the community as demonstrated by her volunteer work with the Head Start program at public schools as well as her participation in the free eye exam program for senior citizens.

A cataract happens when the lens inside the eye becomes cloudy. This is typically a part of the aging process, but cataracts can also develop in younger people too. The cloudiness caused by a cataract scatters light into the eye that would normally be focused on the retina for a clear image. Cataracts can also cause glare, halos, blurring and alter color perception.
LASIK or Laser-Assisted in Situ Keratomileusis, is a refractive surgery for correcting myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism. LASIK works by reshaping the cornea using a computer controlled beam of ultraviolet light from an excimer laser. The actual surgical process is done in a matter a minutes. Patients are given mild muscle relaxants before the process along with topical drops to anesthetize the eye and maintain cleanliness.

All I want is the same glasses with the exact same deal I got last time
I’ve called 3 times everyone’s given me an attitude and when I asked to same deal they say, you don’t have insurance, and I do!!! I used it last time!!!! Super rude to disclose that to me without proper research!!!!
How sad a company won’t help someone in need for the exact same deal and glasses
I was referred here but now if I’m asked I tell the to go to Costco or ANYWHERE else, worst service I’ve ever seen. Big mistake, I manage a building with over 350 people and I will make sure this is posted throughout

Very disappointed in the staff especially the gentleman working there, we had called to see if we needed an appointment, wanted to make sure since my father is disabled and has a leg amputated it's not easy getting him places. They had told us no, so we got there my father and his care taker, my dad can walk short distance with a walker he has a prosthetic but is still learning to walk. When we got there the gentleman told him he had to wait outside standing up in the almost 100 degree sun where he barely made it from the car to there, if he had walked back to the car he wouldn't of been

Had an appointment here the other day, the staff in the front were very nice and friendly only problem I had was with the dr herself, she was rude and when called my name to go to her room she walked there and never waited for me I basically just figured it out for myself. So rude I just asked for my prescription and left didn't even bother looking for glasses.

My all time favorite optometrist since for ever! Been here for years and the entire staff is amazing!! They are really friendly, Dr. Laura Nguyen really knows her stuff and always makes sure you get what you need unlike other places. We've made that mistake before, since we live about an hour from here. I recommend everyone here and even my friends love it !

I have been going since I lived in So Cal. I still go here for my glasses, sunglasses. Whenever I'm in So Cal visiting family I always make a point stop by here to see the new selection and whenever necessary get my eyes checked.
I haven't written too many reviews lately (busy with life, kids, etc.) but when I saw what seems like the unwarranted and vicious review by Erika A. I thought it would only be fair to give another side of this business, especially since it seems like she's got a hidden agenda. Come on, who offers the name of a competitor with phone number and address

I had an exam a here with Dr. Laura about two weeks ago. I tried to walk in without an appointment and they seemed fairly busy, but the nice girl behind the desk managed to squeeze me in with only a 20min wait. Dr. Laura was very patient with me because I planning on revisiting the idea of using contacts, when I have had issues using them in the past. She introduced me to daily contact lenses which I can use and throw away at the end of each day. These contacts feel great. This was my first visit here, but it will not be the last. I highly recommend this office to any one or family, especially

Friendly staff, lense policy is a joke, I was jus told that my warranty to replace a pricy lense is limited to that, even though I payed an extra 120 help me drive I feel like I've been ripped off, lenses scratched too easily n they don't even wanna replace my lense with the cheaper one by request, implying to me that all my warranty does is have them cover up my scratch marks, n my lense would have to be broken to actually be replaced, some fancy insurance ripoff if I do say so myself

The frames are ok for my face type and style they aren't really edgy or different. I bought some frames that I would have loved for my new look but unfortunately the receptionist said that they would melt if they would even try to install lenses on them. Not sure if it is true or not but I went ahead and gave them my old frames that have looked good on me. The receptionist let me know that although they could use this second pair of frames that they are not liable if the frames

I had been looking forward to getting contacts and going through the trial process. It was the worst experience EVER!! They never know what's going on....I ordered a brand that felt better on my eyes however was told they gave me the wrong rx on them. Why they would do that I still have no answer. They probably have a contract with a certain brand because they kept trying to push one on me instead of giving me the one I asked for. When I asked, they just stared at me and said they didnt know. I had asked them to please order in my rx but of course they ordered the wrong one. I was so confused
